The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to class of 2024 edge rusher Sterling Dixon.

The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to class of 2024 edge rusher Sterling Dixon. Dixon is currently an unranked recruit. He is only a sophomore in high school at the moment.

Sterling Dixon plays high school football for Mobile Christian School in Mobile, Alabama. The 6-foot-3, 205-pound outside linebacker is unranked due to his youth.

Dixon has good speed off the edge and is quick to close in on opposing quarterbacks. He shows good bend around the edge on tape. He has received recruiting interest from some of the top programs in the country including: Michigan, Alabama, and Auburn.

Sterling Dixon has scholarship offers from FAMU, Tennessee, UCF, and more.

The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to elite class of 2023 recruit Cedric Baxter Jr.

Baxter Jr. is ranked as a four-star prospect. He plays high school football for Edgewater High School in Orlando, Florida.

Baxter Jr. is considered an athlete recruit. He is 6-foot-1 and weighs 215 pounds. The four-star athlete has been invited to the 2023 Under Armour All-America game.

Alabama, Ohio State, Texas, NC State, South Florida, Florida, Texas A&M, and more have already offered scholarships to the talented junior athlete.

Baxter Jr. plays some running back for Edgewater and returns punts. He runs with good balance and makes strong cuts.

Baxter Jr. has taken recent visits to Florida and Florida State. The four-star prospect grew up a Florida State fan and committed to the Seminoles, but backed off his decision in April 2021. We’ll keep you updated throughout his recruitment.

Buford High School safety Jake Pope has commitment to the Alabama Crimson Tide. Pope is ranked as a four-star recruit.

Jake Pope announced his decision ahead of Buford’s opening game against North Cobb. Pope committed to  Alabama over Georgia, UNC, Ohio State, and Notre Dame.

Jake Pope is a member of the class of 2022 and received numerous scholarship offers from top college programs.

Pope plays wide receiver and safety. He’s ranked as the No. 26 safety in the class of 2022, but has received more recruiting interest than what this ranking would indicate.

The four-star is 6 feet, 2 inches and weighs 190 pounds. He plays against some of the strongest competition possible at the high school level and won a 6A state championship in 2020 with Buford. Jake Pope was named all-region for his efforts in 2020.

Jake Pope is a versatile athlete and a good route runner. He is an impressive tackler in the open field and made critical plays to help Buford win a state championship. Alabama and Nick Sabab love players who excel in the clutch.

Kirby Smart and the University of Georgia could have used a talented safety like Jake Pope. Georgia could lose both of its starting safeties (Lewis Cine and Christopher Smith) next offseason. Now, it is back to the drawing board for UGA.

The Georgia Bulldogs added commitment No. 15 in the class of 2022. Unranked wide receiver prospect Cole Speer, who recently visited the University of Georgia, announced his commitment via Twitter.

Speer is a fast receiver who put up impressive numbers as a junior in high school.

Cole Speer is a three-star prospect per 247Sports, but is unranked in their composite rankings. Speer plays football, basketball, and runs track for Calhoun High School in Calhoun, Georgia. Coaches love three sport athletes.

The 6-foot-1, 190-pound wide receiver excels in the class room and has scholarship offers from college football programs like Memphis, East Carolina, Rhode Island, Yale and Army.

Cole Speer announced his commitment to the Georgia Bulldogs football program via Twitter:

Congratulations to Cole Speer, who has recently seen much more interest from top college programs. Speer is Georgia’s 15th commitment in the class of 2022. The Bulldogs now have the nation’s fifth-ranked recruiting class.

Speer caught 59 passes for 1,159 receiving yards and hauled in 11 touchdowns in 2020. He also ran a 4.38 second 40-yard dash at Appalachian State camp, which caught the eye of several recruiters:

 

UGA now has three commitments from wide receivers in the class of 2022. Dillon Bell and De’Nylon Morrissette are Georgia’s other wide receiver commitments.

The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to class of 2023 wide receiver recruit Santana Fleming. According to Fleming, Georgia is the 28th school to offer the four-star wide receiver prospect a scholarship.

FSU, USC, Ole Miss, Florida and Oregon are among the schools that have offered Fleming a football scholarship.

Fleming is a rising junior at American Heritage in Plantation, Florida. American Heritage has been home to numerous elite college football recruits.

The University of Georgia has recruited American Heritage quite well over the years. Sony Michel, Tyson Campbell and Isaiah McKenzie all attended American Heritage. Will Fleming be the next talented recruit to come to Athens from their program?

Fleming is ranked as the No. 14 wide receiver and No. 92 prospect in his class according to the 247Sports composite ranking. Fleming, who is 5 feet, 11 inches and 160 pounds, additionally plays cornerback.

The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to three-star defensive end prospect Samuel Okunlola,

The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to three-star defensive end prospect Samuel Okunlola, who is a member of the class of 2022. Okunlola plays high school football for Thayer Academy in Brockton, Massachusetts.

The three-star defensive end weighs 225 pounds and is six-foot-four. He’s the No. 3 ranked prospect in Massachusetts in the class of 2022.

Okunlola has over 40 college football scholarship offers including Clemson, FSU, Maryland, Michigan, and Oregon.

The Thayer Academy athlete also plays basketball. Okunlola is explosive and does an excellent job of setting the edge in run defense. On tape, he is great at getting off blocks and shows good bend as a pass rusher. Okunlola creates mismatches in the passing game as a tight end.

At Georgia, the three-star prospect would likely play outside linebacker in Kirby Smart and Dan Lanning’s 3-4 defensive scheme.
