Fantasy football waiver wire: Week 15 free-agent forecast

Check out the top waiver wire targets for Week 15.

Only two more games Monday night stand before the start of the playoffs in the majority of fantasy football leagues, and the waiver wire will be a busy marketplace entering Week 15.

There were a multitude of injuries to the running back position to keep an eye on moving forward. Players such as Josh Jacobs, Alexander Mattison, Brian Robinson Jr. and Isiah Pacheco — to name a few — all have injury question marks.

The bye weeks also are finally over, so it will be just good old-fashioned fantasy football. With trade deadlines concluded in the majority of leagues as well, the waiver wire becomes the most vital tool for fantasy managers over the three weeks.

We’re also getting to the point of the season in which stashing FAAB isn’t as crucial. Don’t be afraid to spend a bit more on a player who might give your team an edge down the stretch.

We’ll be taking a look at the top available players rostered in Yahoo leagues, using the 75% rostered mark as the threshold. Fantasy football waiver wire: Week 13 free-agent forecast

Check out the top waiver wire targets for fantasy football in Week 13.

With just a few more weeks until the playoffs arrive, it’s crunch time in the majority of fantasy football leagues. The waiver wire should be busy entering Week 13.

After no teams had a bye in Week 12, managers will get hit hard in Week 13. Six teams will be on a bye, including some major firepower. Those six teams include the Baltimore Ravens, Chicago Bears, Buffalo Bills, Minnesota Vikings, New York Giants and Las Vegas Raiders.

Studs and duds from Vikings 12-10 loss vs. Bears

The studs and duds from Monday night’s loss were not favorable

The Minnesota Vikings failed to take advantage of the Detroit Lions losing on Thanksgiving Day by losing to the Chicago Bears 12-10 on Monday night football.

It was a frustrating loss on many accords. The Vikings turned the ball over four times against the Bears and they were all interceptions thrown by Josh Dobbs. His issues with ball placement came back to haunt the Vikings on multiple occasions.

As we look back at this game, it’s going to hurt for some time. The defense didn’t allow a touchdown and has allowed just one in their last eight quarters of football. The Vikings have put up three touchdowns in that span but have lost both games.

The studs and duds this week are evident as there were more poor performances than great ones.

10 fantasy football waiver wire targets ahead of Week 13

Ravens running back Keaton Mitchell remains an intriguing waiver wire target in fantasy football.

Welcome to Week 13 of the 2023 NFL season. As real-life teams prepare for the final playoff push, fantasy managers are prepping for fantasy football playoffs to begin.

To help you make a playoff run, we’ve put together a list of ten fantasy football waiver wire targets to consider this week, including options at running back, wide receiver, tight end, quarterback, defense and kicker (each player’s rostered percentage in ESPN fantasy football leagues is listed in parentheses).

The list is highlighted by Baltimore Ravens running back Keaton Mitchell, who turned 11 touches into 89 yards on Sunday. While Gus Edwards remains Baltimore’s goal-line running back, Mitchell has been more efficient, which might lead to more opportunities down the road.

At wide receiver, Greg Dortch of the Arizona Cardinals is turning heads after drawing 9 and 8 targets, respectively, over the last two weeks since Kyler Murray returned from injury. We’ll see if that utilization leads to production in the final six weeks of the season.

On ESPN’s Monday Night Football, the Minnesota Vikings take on the Chicago Bears at 7:20 p.m. CST on ESPN and ABC.

The Bears are coming off a heartbreaking collapse to the Detroit Lions in the final five minutes of the game.

With a bye week looming for both teams, Minnesota and Chicago face off in a divisional game which has huge playoff implications for Minnesota.

Firmly in the playoff race, Minnesota controls their fate headed down the stretch. They’re in a spot to get a solid win just before the bye week and heal up right before their second-half run for the playoffs.

To do that, they will need to follow these keys on the offensive side of the football.
