4-star UGA WR target Romello Brinson sets his commitment date

4-star class of 2021 WR Romello Brinson schedules his commitment date for this upcoming Saturday, June 13th

The nation’s No. 25 receiver in the 2021 class, Romello Brinson, has set the date he will decide on his school.

On Tuesday, Brinson told 247Sports that he will announce his decision on the 13th of June with his family and friends. Miami, Texas A&M, Alabama, Georgia and LSU are Brinson’s final 5 schools he is considering.

Brinson is from Miami, Florida, where he plays high school ball at Northwestern High School. He ranks as the nation’s No. 132 overall player.

Brinson is listed at 6-foot-2, 180 pounds and has some serious speed in the open field. He is a very smooth route runner and gets great separation at his point of catch.

Brinson recently got to visit Athens, as recruiting restrictions became imminent with COVID-19.

“I got to see some players from my hometown that I look up to – Tyrique Stevenson, Divaad Wilson, James Cook. All them guys. Just seeing how they dominate and build character there. That’s a good thing,” Brinson told 247Sports about UGA.

Brinson has lots of time to decide among his top schools. Recruits are committing earlier this year, so fans should anticipate a good amount of de-commitments later in the recruiting cycle.
