Taylor Swift pretended to throw a football during Eras Tour night 1 in New Orleans

Taylor Swift putting good vibes into the stadium where Travis Kelce and the Chiefs hope to three-peat as Super Bowl champs.

Taylor Swift performed her first of three shows at the Caesar’s Superdome in New Orleans on Friday night. In February, the Super Bowl will take place in the same spot, with Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce hoping to be there to help the Kansas City Chiefs three-peat as champions.

The 14-time Grammy winner potentially gave a nod to that fact during her Eras Tour performance the first night in the Big Easy. During the final era of her set — Midnights — Swift paused and mimicked throwing a football.

While Kelce would much more likely be on the receiving end than the passing end of a football, it still felt fitting for the location.

Swift has two more shows in New Orleans before heading to Indianapolis to close out the dates in the United States.

Taylor Swift shouted out Travis Kelce and the 6-0 Chiefs with Karma lyric at Miami Eras Tour

It was the first time for the change without Kelce in attendance.

Taylor Swift wrapped up three nights at Hard Rock Stadium with her final Miami Eras Tour show on Sunday night. The shows were once again hugely popular, with celebrities like Serena Williams, Paul Mescal and Ashley Tisdale taking in the concert one of the three nights.

Due to his practice and game schedule with the Chiefs, Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce wasn’t able to attend any of the shows in Miami, and the 14-time Grammy winner was unable to go to the Kansas City game against San Francisco on Sunday.

Kelce was not far from everyone’s minds over the three-day stint in Miami as big brother Jason, sister-in-law Kylie and mom Donna went to Friday night’s show, and Swift made her own nod to the tight end on Sunday.

For the first time since the duo started dating, Swift changed the lyrics to her last song of the night to “karma is the guy on the Chiefs” with Kelce not in attendance. Previously, she had reserved the swap for when he was in the crowd, but Sunday night felt appropriate as Kansas City improved to 6-0.

Before the show started Sunday night, Swift even had the Chiefs-49ers game playing throughout the stadium.

Taylor Swift debuts new blue Speak Now dress on Night 2 of the Miami Eras tour

This is the fifth new outfit Swift has worn through two shows in Miami.

Taylor Swift was not done breaking out new outfits for her mega popular Eras Tour. On Friday night in Miami, Swift kicked off the final leg of the tour with four new outfits: A blue Fearless dress, a gold and black Reputation bodysuit, a multi-colored surprise songs dress and a light purple dress for Midnights.

On Saturday’s second show at Hard Rock Stadium, the 14-time Grammy winner emerged on stage for her Speak Now era in a brand-new and gorgeous blue ballgown.

With just 16 shows remaining after Saturday’s concert, expectations are high that Swift could announce her re-records of Taylor Swift or Reputation (or maybe both). The more new outfits, the more Swifties will theorize.

Taylor Swift wore a new Reputation bodysuit for the first time on the Eras Tour for Night 1 in Miami

FINALLY a new bodysuit for Reputation!

Taylor Swift has been performing the Eras Tour since March of 2023. From the first show to the 131st, she wore the very same red and black bodysuit during her Reputation set. While every other era had multiple outfit changes, the same costume took the stage every night during her edgy, snake-themed collection of songs.

Well, on Friday night in Miami, that changed. The 14-time Grammy winner took to the stage in a brand new black and gold serpentine bodysuit. The crowd absolutely lost it, which is unsurprising as the fanbase is eagerly anticipating any announcement regarding Swift’s re-record of Reputation.

Swift will play two more nights in Miami with 17 more shows remaining on the tour. Will the announcement come soon?

Taylor Swift debuted a new blue Fearless dress for Night 1 of the Eras Tour in Miami

Could more surprises be on the way?

With the Eras Tour returning after a two-month break, some new surprises were to be expected. The first big one came in the second era of the night as Taylor Swift broke out a brand new dress for her Fearless set.

The Eras Tour is back for 18 shows to close out a nearly two-year stint on the road that visited five continents (North America, South America, Asia, Australia and Europe).

Previously, the Fearless era heavily featured gold and sometimes black, but on Friday night in Miami, the 14-time Grammy winner went with a very sparkly blue number. The dress also featured dangly tassels.

Jason and Kylie Kelce attend Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in Miami with Donna Kelce

It was a Kelce family affair (minus Travis) for the first night in Miami.

The Eras Tour got back underway for the final leg Friday night as Taylor Swift took to the stage at Hard Rock Stadium for the first of three shows in Miami. There are only 18 shows left for the concert that has visited five continents and started 20 months ago.

Although Swift’s boyfriend — Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce — couldn’t make the show due to team requirements, there were plenty of Kelces in attendance.

Travis’ brother and New Heights podcast co-host Jason Kelce and his wife, Kylie, brought their daughters, and Donna Kelce, the matriarch of the family, also came out on Friday evening.

Beau Allen, a former teammate of Jason Kelce’s on the Philadelphia Eagles joined them in the suite for the show, too.
