Now that the Eras Tour is back for nearly all of 2024, the surprise songs are back! For those unfamiliar, every night of the tour Taylor Swift picks two songs from her extensive catalog that aren’t part of the set list to perform acoustically. One is played on guitar, and one is performed at the piano.

Since the start of the Eras Tour in March of 2023, fans have been tracking the songs played and crossing them off of their lists.

We are going to condense things and keep a running tracker of all the surprise songs of 2024, making it easy to see if your favorites are still eligible for shows later this summer.

Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour continued it’s international journey on Saturday night in Singapore (morning in the United States). The now 14-time Grammy winner will be touring almost non-stop for the entire year, and at each show she adds two “surprise songs” to her 44-song, three hour plus set list.

For the final night in Singapore, Swift once again went with the mashups that she’s been so fond of in 2024. On the guitar, she played a combination of “Tim McGraw” from Taylor Swift and “Cowboy Like Me” from Evermore. On piano, Swift went with a mashup of “Mirrorball” and “Epiphany” from Folklore.

“Tim McGraw” and “Mirrorball” were the songs Swift played at the very first Eras Tour show on March 17 in Glendale, Arizona. That night, she played “Mirrorball” on guitar and “Tim McGraw” on piano.

Swift will now take off from touring in April for the launch of her new album, The Tortured Poets Department. She will restart the Eras Tour in May with stops in Paris, Stockholm, Lisbon and Madrid on the schedule for the month.

On the guitar, she played a combination of “Sparks Fly” from Speak Now and “Gold Rush” from Evermore. On piano, Swift went with a mashup of “False God” from Lover mixed with “Slut!” from 1989 (Taylor’s Version).

Swift will perform one more show in Singapore before taking off April for the launch of her new album, The Tortured Poets Department.

Swift played a combination of “Is It Over Now?” and “I Wish You Would” from 1989 (Taylor’s Version) to open the acoustic set, and then transitioned into a combination of “Haunted” from Speak Now and “exile” from Folklore.

For the second night in Sydney, Swift introduced the song “Should Have Said No” from Taylor Swift, with an ode to the Australian accent. “You know we love your accents,” Swift said leading into the song. “I have a very specific word that is my favorite… and that word is the word ‘no…’ It is the most glorious sound. The more you chew on that ‘naur.'”

Swift performed two mashups on the night, mixing in “You’re Not Sorry” from Fearless with “Should’ve Said No” before a medley of “New Year’s Day” from Reputation and “peace” from Folklore.

For the first night in Sydney, Swift kicked off the surprise songs with the long-awaited “How You Get The Girl” from 1989, a song she played at an Atlanta show in April of 2023. Sabrina Carpenter — Swift’s opening act that had her performance cut due to weather on Friday night — joined for the second surprise song, a mashup performance of “White Horse” from Fearless and “Coney Island” from Evermore.
