Taylor Swift fans think she has Travis Kelce watching Hallmark movies thanks to a New Heights clip

Welcome to the club, Travis. Hallmark movies rule.

Each week, the new episode of Travis and Jason Kelce’s podcast, New Heights, gives listeners little insights to their personal lives, whether it’s Travis talking about his trips abroad or discussing Jason’s retirement from the NFL. On the latest episode, Travis — while discussing movies with guest, comedian Andrew Santino — gives away that he has maybe gotten into the cheesy romantic genre some.

“Are you a Hallmark guy, Trav?” Santino asked.

“You know, I dabble now,” Kelce responded. Fans put the pieces together, wondering Kelce’s new dabbling with Hallmark is likely due to the influence of his pop star girlfriend Taylor Swift.

A Taylor Swift lyric from TTPD’s Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me has become an instant meme

“You wouldn’t last an hour in the asylum where they raised me.”

With Taylor Swift’s new album dropping last week to huge streaming numbers, The Tortured Poets Department has been a major topic of conversation. And naturally, we’ve gotten a meme out of it as fans have taken a line from “Who’s Afraid Of Little Old Me?” and run with it.

In the song, Swift sings, “
I wanna snarl and show you just how disturbed this has made me, you wouldn’t last an hour in the asylum where they raised me.” The lyric — and song as a whole — references the public’s opinion of the pop star and the challenges of growing up under the microscope of celebrity.

Fans have gotten creative, posting the “asylums” that raised them.

The mystery around why Emma Stone got a Taylor Swift credit on her TTPD song Florida!!!, explained

Wait, what is Emma Stone doing there?

If you look closely at the liner notes for Taylor Swift’s new album The Tortured Poets Department, you’ll notice something interesting for the song Florida!!! (feat. Florence + The Machine). Well, someone interesting rather. Emily Jean Stone is listed for “oddities” under the bop about the Sunshine State.

For those unfamiliar, Emily Jean Stone is the one and only Emma Stone, a longtime friend of the 14-time Grammy winner. It’s unclear what “oddities” really means, as it’s the only credit of that nature on the album. The track features the incredible Florence Welch of Florence + The Machine, and there doesn’t seem to be any additional vocals.

There’s a possibility Stone was just hanging out in the studio when the song was recorded and Swift threw her in the credits as a nod to her buddy. This isn’t the first time Stone has been connected to Swift’s music, either.

Fans think the vault track “When Emma Falls In Love” from 2023’s Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) could be about the La La Land actress, although Swift has never confirmed it.

Regardless, we love “Florida!! (feat. Florence + The Machine) and all its oddities.

Is Taylor Swift’s new song thanK you aIMee about Kim Kardashian? Fans are reading into the lyrics

Fans immediately drew a connection to the fashion mogul with the new track on The Tortured Poets Department.

Taylor Swift’s newest album dropped at midnight on Thursday as the 14-time Grammy winner surprised with 31 new songs on The Tortured Poets Department. While there were tracks that seemed to tell the stories of heartbreak with ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn and her short-lived follow-up relationship with singer Matty Healy, one song stood out to fans.

Based on the lyrics and cryptic capitalizations in “thanK you aIMee,” Swifties quickly put it together that it might be about Swift’s longstanding feud with Kim Kardashian.

Swift has had beef with Kardashian and her ex-husband, Kanye West, for years, stemming back to West’s lyrics mentioning Swift in his song “Famous” and the phone call between the artists that was leaked in 2016.

The song details the pain “Aimee” put her through, but says “… I can’t forget the way you made me heal.”

With the Kansas City Chiefs releasing their summer offseason workout dates, there are a few European destinations that might not get the excitement that comes with a Kelce concert appearance.

Here are the Chiefs’ offseason dates:

  • There’s a workout scheduled on April 15.
  • Organized Team Activities (OTAs): May 20 to 22.
  • OTAs: May 28 to May 30.
  • OTAs: June 4 to 7.
  • Mandatory Minicamp: June 11 to 13.

Assuming Kelce attends all of the offseason events, that would mean he likely would not attend these shows:

  • Stockholm, Sweden: May 17 to 19
  • Madrid, Spain: May 29 to 30
  • Lyon, France: June 2 to 3
  • Edinburgh, Scotland: June 7 to 9
  • Liverpool, England: June 13 to 15

Of course it’s possible he makes one of the dates that doesn’t directly overlap, but with so many shows taking place this summer, he might aim for a totally free stretch of days.
