Michigan State football lands 2025 3-star tight end out of Wisconsin

Yesterday, Michigan State football added another player to their 2025 recruiting class in DiMari Malone. On Monday, the Spartans added another player, bringing the total for 2025 up to four players, after Emmett Bork announced his commitment to MSU.

Bork is a 3-star tight end out of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. He is 6-foot-6, 240 lbs and the No. 74 ranked tight end in his class by 247Sports.

According to 247Sports, it was a recruiting battle between Big Ten schools, with Indiana and Rutgers named as the top competition for his commitment.

This might be a huge pick-up for MSU, as Bork is a converted wide receiver who recently uploaded some impressive tight end tape to his HUDL page.

Michigan State football the first Power 5 team to offer 2024 CB Mikey Crawford

Michigan State is the first team to offer 2024 CB Mikey Crawford

Under Mel Tucker, Michigan State football has shown a propensity for going after players right before they blow up on the recruiting trail, often being the first school to offer some young talents around the league.

That was the case this week as the Spartans offered Mikey Crawford, a rising cornerback in the 2024 recruiting class out of Pittsburgh Pioneer. WIth the offer, the Spartans will also have Crawford on campus for a visit soon, with that visit already locked in.

Michigan State football cracks top ten in 247Sports recruiting rankings following recent flurry of commitments

Michigan State football firmly in top-10 of 247Sports 2023 recruiting rankings after recent commitments

After another flurry of 4-star commitments, Mel Tucker and Michigan State football have finally cracked the top ten in 2023 recruiting team rankings from 247Sports.

Now, MSU sits firmly inside of the top-10 on the 247Sports rankings. With the 247Sports team rankings, they aggregate the total combined score of every recruit, instead of giving you an average, so it does give more favoritism to teams that have a large number of recruits, but that score is weighted based on the level of recruit committed.

You can see the full rankings below.

Wayne is predicted to go to Miami by 247Sports but their confidence level is only a 1 out of 10, so not exactly a ringing endorsement for the Hurricanes.

Michigan State basketball offers 2023 4-star small forward Scotty Middleton

Michigan State has offered a top-50 player in the 2023 class out of Sunrise Christian Academy

Michigan State basketball has entered their hat in the ring for the recruitment of Scotty Middleton, a top-50 prospect and 4-star small forward out of Sunrise Christian Academy in Wichita, Kansas.

If Sunrise Christian Academy sounds familiar, it’s because Spartan alum Tum Tum Nairn went there and currently coaches their post-graduate team, and current Spartan Malik Hall also attended Sunrise Christian.

Middleton is the No. 8 ranked small forward in his class by 247Sports and their No. 42 ranked player overall for his class.
