Michigan State football will reportedly host a running back transfer from one of the top programs in the country.

Georgia transfer running back Andrew Paul will reportedly visit Michigan State on Saturday for the Spartans’ spring showcase event. Matt Zenitz of 247Sports reported the notable transfer portal news on Friday.

Paul is a former three-star running back from Dallas, Texas in the 2022 class. In his career at Georgia, he ran for 129 yards and one touchdown on 29 attempts. He also has two career receptions for 14 yards and a touchdown.

Michigan State football is the latest big-time program to extend an offer to an Oklahoma defensive lineman prospect in the 2026 class.

Tajh Overton of Owasso, Okla. announced earlier this week that he’s received a scholarship offer from the Spartans. He is an unranked defensive lineman in the 2026 class.

Michigan State is one of 10 programs to have extended an offer to Overton, according to 247Sports. The other programs to offer Overton includes SMU, TCU, Arkansas, Kansas State, Houston, Miami (FL), Texas, Oklahoma and Miami (FL).

Michigan State football has extended a scholarship offer to a four-star wide receiver from Utah.

Jerome Myles of Draper, Utah announced earlier this week that he’s received an offer from the Spartans. Myles is a four-star wide receiver prospect in the 2025 class.

Myles ranks as the No. 18 wide receiver and No. 193 overall prospect in 247Sports’ rankings for the 2025 class. He’s also listed as the No. 2 player from Utah in the class.

Michigan State is one of nearly 20 programs to extend him an offer, according to 247Sports. He is currently projected to end up at Utah but also holds notable offers from Arkansas, California, Ole Miss, Arizona, BYU, Oklahoma State, Iowa State, Tennessee, UCLA and Washington.

Michigan State football has extended a scholarship offer to an offensive lineman from one of the country’s most prestigious high school programs.

Three-star offensive lineman Sione Tohi announced on Wednesday that he received an offer from the Spartans. Tohi hails from Santa Ana and plays for historic Mater Dei High.

Tohi ranks as the No. 59 interior offensive lineman in 247Sports’ composite rankings for the 2025 class. He also is listed as the No. 894 overall prospect in the class.

While Tohi is only listed as a three-star prospect currently, that may be changing soon based on the schools showing him interest. He holds scholarships from nearly 10 schools, including big-time programs such as LSU, Alabama, Auburn, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Arizona State.

Michigan State football will host one of its top cornerback prospects in the 2025 class this weekend.

Three-star cornerback LaRue Zamorano announced on Thursday that he’ll be at Michigan State this upcoming weekend for the team’s spring showcase event. Zamorano is from Corona, Calif. and is considered by some recruiting insiders as a top target for the Spartans in the 2025 class.

Zamorano ranks as the No. 37 cornerback in 247Sports’ composite rankings for the 2025 class. He’s also listed as the No. 437 overall prospect in the country for the class.

Zamorano holds offers from nearly 20 programs, including Michigan State who offered in January, according to 247Sports. Other notable programs to offer him includes USC, Washington, Utah, Arizona, Kansas, Oregon, Penn State and SMU.

Michigan State has locked in another official visit from one of the top in-state players in the 2025 class.

Three-star interior offensive lineman N’Kye Wynn will reportedly take an official visit to Michigan State on June 14. Allen Trieu of 247Sports reported the recruiting news on Monday.

Wynn ranks as the No. 45 interior offensive lineman in 247Sports’ rankings for the 2025 class. He’s also listed as the No. 15 player from Michigan in the class.

Michigan State is one of more than 20 schools to extend an offer to Wynn, according to 247Sports. Other notable schools to offer Wynn includes Indiana, Kansas, Tulane, Cincinnati, Iowa State, Ole Miss, Pitt, Rutgers and Vanderbilt.

Three-star defensive lineman Brad Fitzgibbon announced on Monday that he’s locked in an official visit to Michigan State for May 31. He hails from Chicago, Ill. and plays for Marist.

Fitzgibbon ranks as the No. 77 defensive lineman in 247Sports’ composite rankings for the 2025 class. He’s also listed as the No. 760 overall prospect in the class.

Michigan State is one of nearly 20 programs to have offered Fitzgibbon a scholarship. He also holds notable offers from Kansas, Arizona State, Wisconsin, Vanderbilt, Kansas State and Iowa State.

According to 247Sports, Fitzgibbon also has official visits lined up with Arizona State and Kansas.
