Toronto Maple Leafs at Los Angeles Kings odds, picks and best bets

Previewing Thursday’s Toronto Maple Leafs at Los Angeles Kings sports betting odds and lines, with NHL betting picks, tips and best bets.

The Toronto Maple Leafs (35-24-8) continue their road trip through SoCal against the Los Angeles Kings (25-35-6) Thursday at Staples Center at 10:30 p.m. ET. We analyze the Maple Leafs-Kings sports betting odds and lines, while providing NHL betting tips and picks around this matchup.

Maple Leafs at Kings: Projected starting goalies

Frederik Andersen vs. Jonathan Quick

Andersen has rolled up a 28-13-6 record, 2.96 goals against average and .906 save percentage across his 50 starts so far this season. Jack Campbell, the former Kings goalie, was roughed up in San Jose last time out, so the All-Star will get the nod Thursday. Andersen allowed just one goal on 25 shots in a 3-1 win against the Kings in the first meeting, Nov. 5.

Quick was on the opposite side of the 3-1 loss in Toronto, making 20 saves on 23 shots. He is 14-22-4 with a 2.91 GAA and .901 SV%. He has picked up wins in three of his past four outings, going 3-0-1 since Feb. 9.

Maple Leafs at Kings: Odds, picks and betting tips

Odds courtesy of BetMGM; access them at USA TODAY Sports for a full list. Odds last updated at 10:40 a.m. ET.

Prediction

Maple Leafs 4, Kings 2

Moneyline (ML)

The Maple Leafs (-182) are heavy favorites on the road, and a little too rich for my blood, especially since they’re just 1-4 in their past five as a road favorite and 1-4 in their past five trips to LA. AVOID a ML play.

New to sports betting? A $10 bet on the Maple Leafs ML returns a profit of $5.50 if they win, while a $10 wager on the Kings (+150) results in a profit of $15.

Puck Line/Against the Spread (ATS)

The MAPLE LEAFS (-1.5, +145) are worth a small-unit play at this price, although they might need a late empty-net goal to get over the hump. The Kings (+1.5, -176) are not worth the risk on the flip side.

Over/Under (O/U)

The UNDER 6.5 (-139) is a solid play, although the juice is a little high for my liking. Still, the Under is 10-4-1 in the past 15 meetings in this series, including the first battle in Toronto, and 6-2 in the previous eight contests at Staples Center.

Toronto Maple Leafs at Tampa Bay Lightning odds, picks and best bets

Previewing Tuesday’s Toronto Maple Leafs at Tampa Bay Lightning sports betting odds and lines, with NHL matchup analysis, picks and tips.

The Toronto Maple Leafs (32-23-8) head down to the Suncoast of Florida to battle the Tampa Bay Lightning (40-17-5) Tuesday at the Amalie Arena at 7 p.m. ET. We analyze the Maple Leafs-Lightning sports betting odds and lines, while providing NHL betting tips and picks around this matchup.

Maple Leafs at Lightning: Projected starting goalies

Frederik Andersen vs. Andrei Vasilevskiy

Andersen heads into this one with a 25-13-6 record, 2.98 goals against average and .906 save percentage with two shutouts. He is coming off an ultra-embarrassing loss Saturday night to the Carolina Hurricanes, who had to use an emergency goalie. Yes, Andersen was bested by a 42-year-old Zamboni driver, David Ayres, who just happens to serve as a practice goalie for the Leafs on occasion.

The defending Vezina Trophy champ Vasilevskiy has posted a 32-11-3 record, 2.58 GAA and .916 SV% with two shutouts. He allowed three goals on 28 shots in a 7-3 win at Toronto back on Oct. 10 in his first meeting with the Leafs. The Lightning went out and added D Zach Bogosian to help out in front of the goalie, too, while also adding some grit in the form of F Barclay Goodrow.

Maple Leafs at Lightning: Odds, picks and betting tips

Odds courtesy of BetMGM; access them at USA TODAY Sports for a full list. Odds last updated at 2:10 a.m. ET.

Prediction

Lightning 5, Maple Leafs 2

Moneyline (ML)

The Lightning (-189) are a little too rich for my blood, as this is just above the threshold of what I like to risk. The Maple Leafs (+155) are a tempting play, as you have to figure they’ll be a bit angry after their embarrassing loss, right? Well, they don’t seem to be playing with a lot of urgency lately, so look to the home side on the puck line. AVOID a ML play.

New to sports betting? A $10 bet on the Lightning to win returns a profit of $5.29, while a $10 wager on the Maple Leafs results in a profit of $15.50.

Puck Line/Against the Spread (ATS)

The LIGHTNING (-1.5, +135) is a nice value given the state of the Maple Leafs (+1.5, -162) right now. Toronto has dropped four of five against winning teams, while Tampa is a whopping 13-3 in its past 16 against winning sides. The ‘Ning have also dominated their Atlantic Division rivals from Hogtown, going 6-1 in the past seven meetings overall and 8-3 in the past 11 at Amalie.

Over/Under (O/U)

The OVER 6.5 (-110) is worth a small-unit wager. Andersen has been a sieve lately, and he is likely to struggle against Tampa Bay’s high-octane offense. The Over has connected in seven of the past nine roadies for Toronto, while going 5-2 in their past seven against winning teams. The Over is 4-0 in Tampa’s past four, too, and 16-6-3 in the past 25 in their barn.

Carolina Hurricanes at Toronto Maple Leafs odds, picks and best bets

Previewing Saturday’s Carolina Hurricanes at Toronto Maple Leafs sports betting odds and lines, with NHL betting picks, tips and best bets.

The Carolina Hurricanes (34-22-4) and Toronto Maple Leafs (32-22-8) will lock horns at Scotiabank Arena at 7 p.m. ET Saturday. We analyze the Hurricanes-Maple Leafs sports betting odds and lines, with NHL matchup analysis, picks and tips.

Hurricanes at Maple Leafs: Projected starting goalies

James Reimer vs. Frederik Andersen

Reimer is expected to get the starting nod after Petr Mrazek started (and lost) at home against the New York Rangers in the front end of the back-to-back Friday. Optimus Reim has posted a 14-6-2 record, 2.67 goals against average and .914 save percentage through his 23 starts and one relief appearance. He was tuned up for four goals on just seven shots Dec. 23 in Toronto in the first meeting against his former team, an 8-6 loss.

Andersen is a solid 25-12-6 with a 2.91 GAA and .908 SV% across his 46 starts. While he allowed six goals in the Dec. 23 meeting with the ‘Canes, he stopped 34 shots en route to an 8-6 victory. He is coming off a shutout win against the Pittsburgh Penguins Thursday, a win which slapped the brakes on a personal three-game skid.

Hurricanes at Maple Leafs: Odds, picks and betting tips

Odds courtesy of BetMGM; access them at USA TODAY Sports for a full list. Odds last updated at 8:15 a.m. ET.

Prediction

Hurricanes 4, Maple Leafs 3

Moneyline (ML)

The HURRICANES (+135) have been able to bounce back after losses, and they’re in good shape with a 4-1 record in their past five in the second game of a back-to-back. The road team has also won seven of the past 10 meetings in this series. The Maple Leafs (-162), on the other hand, have posted a 2-5 mark in their past seven games against Eastern Conference opponents, while going 0-4 in their past four following a win.

Puck Line/Against the Spread (ATS)

The Hurricanes (+1.5, -200) are not worth the insurance, as you will need to risk two times your return. The Maple Leafs (-1.5, +165) are a much more attractive play if you like the home side. I don’t, however. AVOID.

Over/Under (O/U)

The OVER 6.5 (+125) is worth a small-unit bet, hitting in five of the past seven meetings in this series. The Over is also 8-2 in Carolina’s past 10 overall, and 6-2 in its past eight against winning teams. Toronto has played to the Under in five of its past seven, but the Over is 14-3 in the past 17 against Metropolitan Division teams, while going 9-4 in the past 13 playing on a day of rest.

Toronto Maple Leafs at Buffalo Sabres odds, picks and best bets

Previewing Sunday’s Toronto Maple Leafs at Buffalo Sabres sports betting odds, with NHL matchup analysis and picks.

The Toronto Maple Leafs (31-20-8) take a quick trip across the border to play the Atlantic Division-rival Buffalo Sabres (26-24-8), in the KeyBank Center at 7 p.m. ET. We analyze the Maple Leafs-Sabres odds and lines, while providing NHL betting tips around this matchup.

Maple Leafs at Sabres: Projected starting goalies

Frederik Andersen vs. Jonas Johansson

Anderson lost in his last start against the Dallas Stars at home, saving just 16 of 19 shots. His record is now 24-10-6 with a .909 save percentage and 2.88 goals against average.

Johansson is making just his third start in his career as he was called up after backup goaltender Linus Ullmark was sidelined with an injury. This is back-to-back starts for Johansson who’s lost both of his starts and is 0-1-1 with a .899 SV% and 2.78 GAA.

Maple Leafs at Sabres: Odds, picks and betting tips

Odds courtesy of BetMGM; access them at USA TODAY Sports for a full set of today’s betting odds. Odds last updated at 12:40 p.m. ET.

Prediction

Sabres 4, Leafs 3

Moneyline (ML)

While the Maples Leafs are seeded eighth in the Eastern Conference playoff hunt, and Buffalo is 11 points behind the second wild card team, this is a fierce rivalry that the Sabres will get up for. Toronto is 7-1 in the last eight tilts against Buffalo, but the Leafs played on Saturday night and Toronto is 2-6-3 in the second game of back-to-backs. One of those victories did come in the second of a home and away back-to-back against Buffalo. The difference in this game is that the Sabres didn’t play the night before and are fresher than the Leafs. Expect the Sabres to hold down home ice and bet BUFFALO +125

Puck Line/Against the Spread (ATS)

It’d be wise to take BUFFALO +1.5 (-209) as insurance for our moneyline wager. Buffalo is 6-1 ATS over the previous seven games. Also, the Sabres are 27-12 as 1.5-goal dogs and the Leafs are 19-30 against the 1.5-goal puck line this season.

Over/Under (O/U)

The matchup to watch is first-line centers Sabres’ Jack Eichel vs. Leafs’ Auston Matthews. Buffalo’s captain has 22 points in 16 career games against the Leafs. Matthews scored two goals in their first meeting this season, but has only tallied one assist in the next two games. Eichel will continue his tear against Toronto, and Matthews will light the lamp in Buffalo against a rookie goalie.

The Over/Under Leafs-Sabres trends look good for the Over too. The Over is 18-7-3 in the last 28 meetings. Bookmakers have adjusted — setting their totals at 6.5 for the past six meetings — and the Over is 4-2 in those games. OVER 6.5 (+120) is the play.

Toronto Maple Leafs at New York Rangers odds, picks and best bets

Previewing Wednesday’s Toronto Maple Leafs at New York Rangers sports betting odds and lines, with NHL matchup analysis, picks and tips.

The Toronto Maple Leafs (28-18-7) battle the New York Rangers (25-22-4) in a 7:30 p.m. ET contest at Madison Square Garden Wednesday. We analyze the Maple Leafs-Rangers odds and lines, while providing NHL betting tips around this matchup.

Maple Leafs at Rangers: Projected starting goalies

Michael Hutchinson vs. Igor Shesterkin

Hutchinson is Toronto’s primary goaltender with Frederik Andersen on the shelf (upper body injury). With Andersen’s heavy workload, Hutchinson had only appeared in a dozen games prior to his starts on Saturday and Monday. The latter of those two turns was a shaky effort at Florida which got the 29-year-old journeyman pulled after 37 minutes. On the season, Hutchinson owns a 3.62 goals against average and an .886 save percentage.

Shesterkin has been tremendous since joining New York Jan. 6, logging a 2.51 GAA and .927 SV% in four games. The Russian rookie is one of the top goalie prospects in the NHL. He’s made all his starts at Madison Square Garden where he appears to be quite comfortable.

Maple Leafs at Rangers: Odds, picks and betting tips

Odds courtesy of BetMGM; access them at USA TODAY Sports for a full set of today’s betting odds. Odds last updated at 10:20 a.m. ET.

Prediction

Toronto 5, New York 3

Moneyline (ML)

Shesterkin has been quite good, but his work thus far is still a small sample. The Maple Leafs have been quite good in bounce-back/revenge spots. They’re coming off a 5-3 loss to Florida (Monday) are were downed by the Rangers, 5-4 the last time the two Original Six foes met (Dec. 28).

Will PASS on Toronto -139 straight-up for the better expected value in the puck line play.

Puck Line/Against the Spread (ATS)

New York is a robust 17-11 against the puck line at home, but Toronto has gone 15-11 ATS on the road. The Maple Leafs are 3-1 over their last four games, and they’ve averaged 4.1 goals per game since Dec. 23.

The Rangers have been solid against the top-five scoring teams in the league (5-5-1), and their puck-possession figures of late are impressive. But the price on the Leafs is attractive, and a TORONTO -1.5 (+185) play is advisable.

Over/Under (O/U)

The 6.5 total here has some underpinning analytics that would make it a decent play at Over -110. When the Rangers play teams in the top five in scoring, the average goal total has been 8.5. The OVER 6.5 (-110) is a strong play.

Florida Panthers at Toronto Maple Leafs odds, picks and best bets

Previewing Monday’s Florida Panthers at Toronto Maple Leafs sports betting odds and lines, with NHL matchup analysis, picks and tips.

The Florida Panthers (28-17-5) and Toronto Maple Leafs (28-17-7) do battle at Scotiabank Arena at 7 p.m. ET Monday. We analyze the Panthers-Maple Leafs sports betting odds and lines, while providing NHL betting tips and picks around this matchup.

Panthers at Maple Leafs: Projected starting goalies

Sergei Bobrovsky vs. Frederik Andersen

Bobrovsky was given a wheelbarrow full of money in free agency this past offseason, but he hasn’t exactly been to Vezina form, which is what Florida expected. Still, the Panthers’ high-octane offense has masked some of his struggles to date. He is 19-13-4 with a 3.26 goals against average (GAA) and .897 save percentage in his 37 starts and 38 appearances. He hasn’t faced the Leafs this season, but was 1-2-0 with a 3.04 GAA and .898 SV% in three meetings with Toronto last season.

Andersen mans the crease in this ultra-important Atlantic Division battle. He enters with wins in Nashville and in Dallas in his two games out of the All-Star break. The last time he faced the Panthers, he was tuned up for four goals on just 12 shots before getting pulled early in the second period at home Jan. 12.

Panthers at Maple Leafs: Odds, picks and betting tips

Odds courtesy of BetMGM; access them at USA TODAY Sports for a full set of today’s betting odds. Odds last updated at 3:45 p.m. ET.

Prediction

Maple Leafs 5, Panthers 3

Moneyline (ML)

The Maple Leafs (-167) are a risky play at this price level, which is about the maximum juice I prefer to play in NHL games. The Panthers (+140) roughed up the Leafs 8-4 in the most recent meeting, so that’s fresh in my mind. The Leafs have won seven in a row at Scotiabank Arena vs. the Panthers, however.

New to sports betting? A $10 bet on the Maple Leafs to win returns a profit of $5.99, while a $10 wager on the Panthers results in a profit of $14.

Puck Line/Against the Spread (ATS)

The MAPLE LEAFS (-1.5, +150) are worth a very small-unit play, as taking them on the puck line is a much better investment. Toronto has the offense to excel, and Bobrovsky has been very giving. Again, I can’t help but remember the 8-4 loss in Florida in their most recent meeting with the Panthers (+1.5, -182), but that should motivate a Toronto team which has been red-hot out of the break. Remember, the Panthers have dropped seven in a row in Toronto, too.

Over/Under (O/U)

The OVER 6.5 (-110) has connected in six of the past eight for Florida, and the Over is 16-7-1 in its past 24 battles inside the Atlantic Division. The Over is 7-2 in Toronto’s past nine overall, and 5-2 in the past seven against winning teams. The Over has also cashed in five of the past six battles in this series.

Toronto Maple Leafs at Dallas Stars odds, picks and best bets

Previewing Wednesday’s Toronto Maple Leafs at Dallas Stars sports betting odds and lines, with NHL betting picks, tips and best bets.

The Toronto Maple Leafs (26-17-7) and Dallas Stars (28-17-4) will lock horns at American Airlines Center in Dallas at 7:30 p.m. ET Wednesday. We analyze the Maple Leafs-Stars sports betting odds and lines, while providing NHL betting tips and picks around this matchup.

Maple Leafs at Stars: Projected starting goalies

Frederik Andersen vs. Ben Bishop

Andersen, fresh off an All-Star Game appearance, has posted a 23-9-6 record with a 2.86 goals against average and .910 save percentage. He is coming off of an impressive road victory over the Nashville Predators. If the Leafs choose to give him a rest, backup Michael Hutchinson owns a 3-7-1 record with a 3.83 GAA and .885 SV%, and he has won three of his past five outings.

Bishop owns a 17-10-3 record, 2.27 GAA and .927 save percentage across his 32 starts and one relief appearance. He was in the crease Monday, knocking off the high-octane Tampa Bay Lightning in a 3-2 overtime win.

Maple Leafs at Stars: Odds, picks and betting tips

Odds courtesy of BetMGM; access them at USA TODAY Sports for a full set of today’s betting odds. Odds last updated at 9:50 a.m. ET.

Prediction

Stars 3, Maple Leafs 2

Moneyline (ML)

The STARS (-121) have played tremendous defense this season, allowing 2.5 goals per game to rank first in the NHL. That’s good enough to back the home side, even though the Maple Leafs (+100) are even money and coming off an impressive win in the Music City last time out.

New to sports betting? A $10 bet on the Stars to win returns a profit of $8.30, while a $10 wager on the Maple Leafs results in a profit of $10.

Puck Line/Against the Spread (ATS)

The Maple Leafs (+1.5, -278) should keep it pretty close, but you have to risk almost three times your return on investment, and that’s inadvisable betting behavior. The Stars (-1.5, +225) are a tempting play at this price, but they just do not score enough to play them on puck lines. AVOID.

Over/Under (O/U)

UNDER 5.5 (+110) is worth a look at plus-money, especially with Andersen coming off an impressive showing, and the Stars ranking No. 1 in the league in goals against. This should be a defensive slog.

Toronto Maple Leafs at Nashville Predators odds, picks and best bets

Previewing Monday’s Toronto Maple Leafs at Nashville Predators sports betting odds and lines, with NHL matchup analysis, picks and tips.

The Toronto Maple Leafs (25-17-7) and Nashville Predators (22-18-7) will battle at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville at 8 p.m. ET. We analyze the Maple Leafs-Predators sports betting odds and lines, while providing NHL betting tips and picks around this matchup.

Maple Leafs at Predators: Projected starting goalies

Frederik Andersen vs. Pekka Rinne

The All-Star Andersen is 22-9-6 with a 2.89 goals against average and .909 save percentage. He is the projected starter, but since he took part in the Skills Competition and All-Star Game on Saturday night, it wouldn’t be shocking to see Michael Hutchinson get the nod. The latter is 3-7-1 with a 3.83 GAA and .885 SV%, but more rested and he has won three times in his past five appearances.

Rinne did not go to St. Louis for the All-Star festivities, so he is well rested, too. He is 16-10-3 with a 2.95 GAA and .899 SV% overall, but has alternated wins and losses in six January appearances, allowing three or fewer goals in four of those outings. He hasn’t faced Toronto this season, but he was 2-0-0 with a 0.00 GAA, 40 saves and two shutouts in his two appearances against the Leafs last season.

Maple Leafs at Predators: Odds, picks and betting tips

Odds courtesy of BetMGM; access them at USA TODAY Sports for a full set of today’s betting odds. Odds last updated at 7:30 a.m. ET.

Prediction

Predators 3, Maple Leafs 1

Moneyline (ML)

The PREDATORS (-125) are very reasonably priced considering Rinne’s dominance of the Maple Leafs (+105) last season. The Leafs closed out the unofficial first half with just one win in their previous six before the All-Star break, and they’re 0-4 in the past four against the Western Conference, too.

A $10 bet on the Predators to win returns a profit of $8, while a $10 wager on the Maple Leafs results in a profit of $10.50.

Puck Line/Against the Spread (ATS)

The slight lean is to the PREDATORS (-1.5, +200) as you can double your money here. Expect Leafs All-Stars Andersen, Mitch Marner and Auston Matthews to be sluggish after competing in St. Louis over the weekend.

Over/Under (O/U)

UNDER 6.5 (-154) is the way to go, as Rinne has dominated the Leafs in recent meetings. In addition, the series trends point in the direction of Under, hitting in four of the past five meetings overall, and five of the past seven in the Music City.

New Jersey Devils at Toronto Maple Leafs odds, picks and best bets

Previewing Tuesday’s New Jersey Devils at Toronto Maple Leafs sports betting odds and lines, with NHL matchup analysis, picks and tips.

The New Jersey Devils (17-21-7) and Toronto Maple Leafs (24-16-6) will tangle at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto at 7 p.m. ET. We analyze the Devils-Maple Leafs sports betting odds and lines, with NHL matchup analysis, picks and tips.

Devils at Maple Leafs: Projected starting goalies

Louis Domingue vs. Frederik Andersen

It’s hard to imagine that the Devils get away from Domingue, who has posted consecutive victories against the Washington Capitals on the road and the Tampa Bay Lightning at home, snapping their 10-game winning streak. In three appearances in January he has a 2-0-0 record, 1.24 goals against average and a .959 save percentage in his two starts and three appearances. If Mackenzie Blackwood is in the crease, he’ll bring a 1-2-1 record with a 3.88 GAA and .891 SV% in four January starts.

Andersen is 21-8-5 with a 2.82 GAA and a .912 SV%, but the All-Star has struggled in the month of January. He has allowed three or more goals in each of his four outings this month, including four goals on just 12 shots in Florida Sunday before being pulled early in the second period.

Devils at Maple Leafs: Odds, picks and betting tips

Odds courtesy of BetMGM; access them at USA TODAY Sports for a full set of today’s betting odds. Odds last updated at 10:35 a.m. ET.

Prediction

Maple Leafs 5, Devils 3

Moneyline (ML)

The Maple Leafs (-278) are too expensive, especially the way Andersen has been tending net recently. If anything, the Devils (+220) are worth a roll of the dice, as they’ve been giant killers lately. Still, the best idea is to AVOID.

New to sports betting? Every $10 wagered on the Devils ML will profit $22 if they win.

Puck Line/Against the Spread (ATS)

The MAPLE LEAFS (-1.5, +105) are a little better than even money laying the goal and a half, so if you are feeling a Toronto resurgence following its beatdown in Florida, by all means this is the way to go. I don’t love it, but I’d play a small-unit wager on the home side considering the Devils are 0-4 in the past four meetings, and 1-5 in the past six trips to Toronto.

Over/Under (O/U)

The OVER 6.5 (+100) is where it’s at, going 8-3-3 in the previous 14 meetings in this series. The Over is also 4-1 in Toronto’s past five at home, 4-1 in the past five as a favorite and 7-1 in the previous eight against Metropolitan Division foes.

Toronto Maple Leafs at Florida Panthers odds, picks and best bets

Previewing Sunday’s Toronto Maple Leafs at Florida Panthers sports betting odds and lines, with NHL betting picks, tips and best bets.

The Toronto Maple Leafs (24-15-6) and Florida Panthers (23-16-5) lock horns at BB&T Center in Sunrise, Fla. at 7 p.m. ET Sunday. We analyze the Maple Leafs-Panthers sports betting odds and lines, with NHL matchup analysis, picks and tips.

Maple Leafs at Panthers: Projected starting goalies

Frederik Andersen vs. Chris Driedger

The all-star Andersen heads into this one with a 21-8-5 record, 2.74 goals against average and .914 save percentage with a shutout this season. He hasn’t faced the Panthers in 2019-20, but he was 2-0-1 with a 3.29 GAA and .895 save percentage in three appearances vs. Florida last season.

Driedger has started to carve into Sergei Bobrovsky‘s playing time lately, as the huge free-agent has had some issues with consistency that the team hopes will be ironed out by a little more rest. Driedger is 4-2-0 with a 2.16 GAA and .935 save percentage with a shutout, as he has came out of nowhere to eat into the highly-paid Bobrovsky’s workload while sending top prospect Sam Montembeault back to the minors.

Maple Leafs at Panthers: Odds, picks and betting tips

Odds courtesy of BetMGM; access them at USA TODAY Sports for a full set of today’s betting odds. Odds last updated at 11:40 a.m. ET.

Prediction

Maple Leafs 5, Panthers 3

Moneyline (ML)

The MAPLE LEAFS (-121) are a strong play with the Andersen in the crease against Driedger. Yes, the latter has been playing well, but he isn’t on the same level as Freddie. The only concern is the Panthers have won five straight home games against the Leafs, so go lightly, although the favorite is 5-2 in the past seven meetings.

Puck Line/Against the Spread (ATS)

The MAPLE LEAFS (-1.5, +220) are a tempting play at this price level, only because you can double your money if they win by 2 or more goals. I’d go really, really lightly here.

Over/Under (O/U)

The OVER 7.5 (+165) is an interesting play. Both teams have been rather challenged defensively, and you can get some decent plus-money playing this line. The Over is 4-1 in the past five head-to-head meetings while going 6-2 in Toronto’s past eight overall and 25-10-2 in Florida’s past 37 on home ice. The ‘regular’ total is OVER 6.5 (-110), if you want to play it a little safer.
