The 2023 NFL season is right around the corner, so we’re on the verge of a new EA Sports Madden NFL game. The folks over at EA Sports have been rolling out positional ratings over the last several days, and now the full database is available to peruse.

Former offensive tackle [autotag]Trent Williams[/autotag] leads the way for the Oklahoma Sooners as one of four members of the “99 club” according to EA Sports. He joins Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald, Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams and Cleveland Browns edge rusher Myles Garrett in the exclusive club.

[autotag]Mark Andrews[/autotag] is the third highest rated tight end in the ratings behind Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and George Kittle of the San Francisco 49ers.

With the release less than a month away on August 19, let’s take a look at the top 20 Sooners in EA Sports Madden NFL 23.

Madden 23 ratings for every former Clemson player in the NFL

Madden 23 player rankings are here, which means over 30 former Tigers get to see how EA Sports rates their talent.

Since its first game in 1988, Madden has been one of the most famous and long-lasting video game franchises, allowing fans to play as NFL teams and players virtually.

Over the last few years, Madden overalls have become a topic of debate, as EA Sports rates certain players and teams much higher or lower than fans expected.

Set to release on Aug. 19, Madden 23 will feature over 30 former Clemson players that are now in the NFL, many of which received overall ratings that fans may consider to be inaccurate.

A handful of Tigers have not had their ratings released yet, such as offensive linemen Jackson Carman and Tremayne Anchrum.

Outside of those selected few, here are the Madden 23 ratings for each Tiger in the NFL, in order of overall.

Dolphins RB and S ratings in Madden NFL 23

Two safeties made it into the 80s.

With the end of another NFL offseason insight, football fans are eagerly awaiting the release of the newest installment of the Madden video game series, Madden 23.

After the release of wide receiver/tight end ratings on Monday, and linebacker/defensive end ratings on Tuesday, EA Sports, the publishers of the game, released running back and safety ratings on Wednesday. The Dolphins have some solid players at each position, but no one made it into the elite 90s.

Here’s a look at most of Miami’s running back and safety ratings for launch and how they compare to other players at the same position:

  • Jevon Holland – 83 overall (t-No. 10 FS)
  • Eric Rowe – 80 overall (t-No. 17 SS)
  • Chase Edmonds – 79 overall (t-No. 33 RB)
  • Raheem Mostert – 78 overall (t-No. 37 RB)
  • Sony Michel – 77 overall (t-No. 42 RB)
  • Myles Gaskin – 74 overall (t-No. 59 RB)
  • Brandon Jones 72 overall (t-No. 40 SS)
  • Clayton Fejedelem – 70 overall (t-No. 45 SS)
  • Sheldrick Redwine – 70 overall (t-No. 47 FS)
  • Salvon Ahmed – 69 overall (t-No. 91 RB)
  • Quincy Wilson – 67 overall (t-No. 61 SS)
  • Verone McKinley III – 63 overall (t-No. 79 FS)
  • Gerrid Doaks – 62 overall (t-No. 157 RB)

While Dolphins fans may not be the happiest with these rankings, they can rest on the fact that Mostert was listed as the fastest running back in the league with a 95 speed rating.
