Georgia Bulldogs commitment Javon Bullard is a talented cornerback, who has now signed to play college football with the University of Georgia. Bullard plays high school football at Baldwin High School.

He’s an in-state player, who is a member of the class of 2021. He plays wide receiver in addition to cornerback in high school. Bullard is rated as a three-star recruit.

Bullard signed with Georgia over NC State, Tennessee, South Carolina, and more. On tape, he shows great tackling form in both run support and in the open field against wide receivers. Bullard does a solid job of staying in position and maintaining good leverage. He flashes ball skills as a wide receiver and as a defensive back when he locates the ball.

The three-star defensive back lacks elite speed, but makes up for it with his effort and positioning. He’s additionally going a factor on special teams. Bullard is disruptive on screen passes and could be better than his three-star rating suggests.
