Who could be Alabama’s guest picker for ESPN College Gameday this weekend?

A few candidates could represent Alabama this weekend as the guest picker on ESPN’s College GameDay. Who would you like to see?

There will be plenty of media personnel on hand for this weekend’s matchup between Texas and Alabama. Several familiar faces will be in Tuscaloosa prior to the game. One of those is the ESPN College Gameday crew. It will be the 17th time that the crew has broadcasted live from the University of Alabama campus.

Each week, there are guest pickers who join the set to pick games alongside the rest of the crew. In the past, Alabama has been represented by former Alabama quarterback Joe Namath and former Alabama golfer Justin Thomas.

Texas vs. TCU: ESPN ‘College GameDay’ guest picker nominees

Actor Glen Powell served as the celebrity guest picker the last time College Gameday was at Texas.

No. 18 Texas hosts No. 4 TCU for a massive Big 12 Conference matchup on Saturday, Nov. 12. The entire college football world will have eyes on DKR for this marquee game.

The Longhorns enter looking to play spoiler to TCU’s unbeaten season. A win keeps Texas squarely in the mix to play for the Big 12 championship in December. The Horned Frogs hope to keep the magical season alive with a huge road victory over its Big 12 rival.

ESPN’s “College GameDay” crew will be on-site in Austin, Texas for a live broadcast of its weekly show. The “College GameDay” team also made the trip to Austin for Texas vs. Alabama in Week 2 of the season.

“College GameDay” airs live on ESPN from 8 a.m.-11 a.m CT on Saturday mornings.

A few options to represent Alabama for College Gameday’s guest picker for the Alabama-Tennessee game.

Alabama versus Tennessee has always been a big-time rivalry. This year could be where the rivalry comes out the most between the two programs. The undefeated Crimson Tide will travel to Knoxville to take on the undefeated Tennessee Volunteers.

There is a lot on the line in this game as it relates to the conference implications as well as the College Football Playoff. Rightfully so, ESPN’s College Gameday will be in town for one of the season’s biggest matchups.

Tomorrow, before the 2020 Iron Bowl, ESPN’s College GameDay crew will be stationed in Tuscaloosa, Alabama doing all things pre-game and making their picks for games all over the country.

Like every week, the crew brings on a guest picker to help make picks for all the different, highly-talked-about games. This week, it’s former Crimson Tide star quarterback Joe Namath.

Namath, who quarterbacked Alabama in the early 1960’s, won a National Championship ith the Crimson Tide in 1964, and went on to have a very succesful career with the New York Jets in the NFL – which will be forever remembered with a Super Bowl win, as well as a spot in Canton, Ohio at the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

I wonder who he’ll be picking between Alabama and Auburn…
