Check out the merchandise at the 2023 British Open at Royal Liverpool

Take a scroll through the best merch for sale at Royal Liverpool.

HOYLAKE, England — The R&A’s big tent has come a long way, baby, to borrow the old Virginia Slims slogan.

It’s got that Disney vibe where just when you think you’re going to get in, there’s another turn to the line. At the same time, the walk in to the merchandise treats you to a history lesson on the Open Championship and many of its great champions so the wait isn’t totally unbearable.

Once inside, the Open has a great collection of brands: Peter Millar, TravisMathew, Kjus, Boss, the Tartan Collection just to name a few.

Lots of navy and bold yellows and Claret Jug logoed items. It’s very much the usual suspects in terms of what is available but they just seem to do it better.

A couple of my favorites: the Quiet Please head cover, the Lee Wybranski poster, preferably as a T-shirt and the Kjus puffy jacket.

You can have a look at a gallery of items here.

The lack of green at the John Deere Classic merch tent was surprising.

SILVIS, Ill. — The PGA Tour is making its annual pit stop in the Quad Cities this week for the 2023 John Deere Classic at TPC Deere Run, the event’s home since 2000.

You’d think an event sponsored by John Deere would lead to a merchandise tent loaded with the classic John Deere green, right? While there’s plenty of options for fans of all ages and sizes, the green is few and far between, with blue as the overarching color. The tent has a little something for everyone, from men’s and women’s hats, shirts, polos and more to a strong collection of kids gear and knick-knacks for the shelf.

There’s plenty of red, white and blue on the merch at LACC.

LOS ANGELES — Hats, T-shirts, signs, posters, books, balls, flags, backpacks and more.

The merchandise tent at the 2023 U.S. Open is stocked and open for business and as you can imagine, red, white and blue are the dominant colors here.

If you need a last-minute Father’s Day gift ahead of Sunday, this might be the spot for the golf lover in your family.

Los Angeles Country Club is hosting its first U.S. Open and it’s the first national championship in the City of Angels since nearby Riviera Country Club hosted in 1948, so these items are a keepsake for sure.

Take a look at these photos for a virtual stroll around the merch tent.

Oh, Canada, you have some pretty cool merch.

NORTH YORK, Ontario — The PGA Tour is making its annual pit stop in Canada this year for the 2023 RBC Canadian Open, this year at Oakdale Golf and Country Club.

As soon as you step inside the massive merchandise tent near a fan village area loaded with food trucks, bars and games, you’re peppered with red Maple Leaf logos and the signature blue-and-yellow RBC colors. The tent has a little something for everyone, from men’s and women’s hats, shirts, polos and more to a strong collection of kids gear and knick-knacks.

The Golden Bear and the color yellow are represented well.

DUBLIN, Ohio — The Golden Bear and the color yellow are represented well at the merchandise tent at the Memorial and main pro shop at Muirfield Village Golf Club.

The homage to Jack Nicklaus’s nickname and the color shirt he wore in the final round of the 1986 Masters as a gesture to a friend is fitting. After all, this is Jack’s Place, home to the PGA Tour’s annual stomp in his childhood stomping grounds since 1976 and a designated event for the first time this week.

The field is stacked with seven of the top 10 and 28 of the top 35 in the world. And the merchandise tent is stacked with hats, t-shirts and even hoodies. Perhaps the most controversial item is an item from Camp David, which is selling a sweatshirt emblazoned “the MT.” That may be the first time anyone has called the Memorial Tournament by that nickname.

Here’s a look at the gear on sale this week at Jack’s Place.
