Wisconsin vs Purdue: How to watch & streaming info

How to watch Wisconsin vs Purdue:

Wisconsin travels to West Lafayette, Indiana Friday night for its Big Ten opener against the 1-2 Purdue Boilermakers.

Wisconsin is looking to extend its 16-game win streak against its Big Ten West rival, a win streak which dates back to the 2004 season. Meanwhile, new head coach Ryan Walters is working on establishing Purdue’s place in the new era of Big Ten football.

LSU to face UAB under the lights in Week 12

The Tigers’ final home game of the season will kick off at 8 p.m. CT on ESPN2.

After this weekend’s road trip against Arkansas — in which LSU will look to avoid a letdown following an emotional win over Alabama on Saturday — the Tigers will return home for a game against the UAB Blazers — the final contest at Tiger Stadium this season.

That will be a night game at Death Valley, as kickoff has been set for 8 p.m. CT. The game will be televised on ESPN2.

This is a bit of a down year for UAB, which has been one of the stronger Group of Five programs since it returned from hiatus in 2017. The Blazers are helmed by an interim coach in Bryant Vincent, who took over in June when Bill Clark retired. Vincent’s team is 4-5 on the year and just 2-4 in Conference USA play.

LSU closes the season out with a road trip against Texas A&M the following weekend, and it controls its destiny the SEC West. The UAB game won’t impact the division race, but the Tigers need to win out to remain in the College Football Playoff conversation.

Notre Dame-Syracuse kickoff time announced

Make sure to drink your coffee on Saturday…

Notre Dame goes back on the road next week as they’ll make their first trip to Syracuse’s campus since 2003 when the Orange routed the Irish 38-12.  The two will meet this coming weekend with Syracuse fresh off a heartbreaking loss at Clemson while Notre Dame is coming off a victory over UNLV.

The kickoff time had been delayed in being announced as ESPN had exercised a six-day hold for the kick time as well as the TV network the game would air on.

It turns out it’ll be a 12:00 p.m. ET kickoff and air on ABC as Syracuse will host an Orange out.

But don’t forget – it’s no longer the Carrier Dome that the game will be played in.

Game time announced for Alabama’s Week 5 matchup with Arkansas

CBS’ Game of the Week for next week will be the Alabama Crimson Tide against the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Through three games, Alabama has had one true test so far and it came against Texas on the road. The Tide managed to win a nail-biter in Austin. Now, their eyes are set on the future. On Monday, SEC on CBS announced that Alabama vs. Arkansas would be the Game of the Week for their matchup next week. The two teams are set to collide in Fayetteville on October 1. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. EDT/ 2:30 p.m. CDT.

As for Alabama’s opponent, the Razorbacks have looked impressive through the first three weeks of the season. Sam Pittman’s squad has beaten Cincinnati, South Carolina and Missouri State. All of which were home games. With Alabama having beaten Texas on the road, it should help them prepare for the atmosphere in Fayetteville.

This game will determine a lot for both programs moving forward. The Arkansas fan base as well as the rest of the country have their eyes on the Hogs. Last season, Alabama escaped an upset by defeating the Razorbacks by a final score of 42-35. This year’s Alabama team is still trying to hit its stride, so to speak.

It will be interesting to see how Alabama comes out and performs against one of the nation’s best teams in the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Roll Tide Wire will continue to cover Alabama football news.

Game details revealed for LSU’s matchup with Auburn

LSU vs Auburn game time and network announced on Monday.

The LSU Tigers are getting ready for a throwdown in Starkville, Mississippi, this Saturday. Next week they will take on the Auburn Tigers in Death Valley and it will be a night game at Tiger Stadium. They announced the time and TV network for the game.

Both teams are currently 2-1 and could be 3-1 if both win this week before the primetime matchup. The football team’s official Twitter account released the details on Monday morning.

New Auburn head coach Bryan Harsin will get his first taste of Death Valley on Saturday night. The Tigers hope for a much better showing than what happened at Auburn last season. They fell in that game 48-11 in the worst loss of the series. Could LSU get retribution for two embarrassing losses from last year in back-to-back weeks?

LSU Tigers at Florida Gators game time moved back by a half an hour

The football game between the Florida Gators and LSU Tigers has been pushed back to 4 p.m. EDT, according to UF’s official Twitter account.

[jwplayer kyuJhM3C-er0jUifI]

The football game between the Florida Gators and LSU Tigers has been pushed back to 4 p.m. EDT, according to the Gators’ official Twitter account.

The match was previously scheduled for 3:30 p.m. EDT on Saturday, Oct. 17, but has been changed for reasons that have not yet been made clear.

LSU comes into the game unranked with a 1-2 record after winning the college football National Championship last season behind Joe Burrow’s Heisman Trophy-winning campaign. Florida enters The Swamp ranked ninth in the nation after a stunning upset loss to the Texas A&M Aggies last weekend in College Station.

All three of Florida’s previous games kicked off at noon, so this one represents their first game played later on in the day thus far as the Gators continue the Southeastern Conference’s 10-game, league-only schedule.

Stay tuned to Gators Wire for everything you need to know leading up to the game as well as in-game reports and analysis on Saturday from our staff writer Tyler Nettuno, who will be covering the matchup from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

Florida Gators vs Texas A&M Aggies football set for noon next Saturday

The official time for next weekend’s game between Florida and Texas A&M was announced on Twitter Sunday morning with game time set for noon.

The official time for next weekend’s matchup between the Florida Gators and the Texas A&M Aggies in College Station, Tex., was announced on Twitter Sunday morning. Game time is set for noon EDT and will be broadcast on ESPN.

Florida enters the game with a 2-0 record and carrying quite a bit of clout with its high-powered offense after dropping 89 points on their first two opponents of the season — 51 at the Ole Miss Rebels and 38 at home against the South Carolina Gamecocks. Unlikely to move in the updated rankings this weekend, Florida will likely arrive in College Station ranked third in the nation in both the Amway Coaches Poll and the Associated Press Poll.

Texas A&M took a tough loss against the Alabama Crimson Tide last Saturday to even their record at 1-1 after a 17-12 Week 1 victory over the Vanderbilt Commodores. Aggies quarterback Kellen Monde comes in highly touted but his team has not looked quite as sharp as expected so far.

Early season college football TV times announcements to be delayed

Usually we start finding out early season kickoff times about now. That isn’t the case as this week. Read the latest right here.

We’re 100 days until Week One of the college football season getting going and 93 days until a handful of games kick things off in Week Zero.  Usually it’s right about now we get our first reports of kickoff times for early season games but those remain to be determined because of COVID-19.

Earlier this week it was announced in a joint statement by all FBS conferences, CBS Sports, ESPN, Fox Sports and their affiliated partners that these announcements will be coming at a later date than we’re used to.

“Collectively, the conferences and television networks have agreed to an extension for determining college football’s early-season game times beyond the standard June 1 deadline. These kickoff times and network designations will be announced at a later date as we all continue to prepare for the college football season.”

No word was given on when we may find out more and there is clearly no guarantee that the 2020 season will actually be played, although I get the feeling from recent actions that it’s seeming more likely by the day.

It’s worth noting that all of Notre Dame’s home games on NBC have already been announced, as has the Navy game in Dublin. The first Notre Dame game-time we’re waiting to find out is the September 26 contest against Wake Forest in Charlotte.
