Broncos reach multi-year deal with Betfred USA Sports

The Broncos have reached a multi-year deal with Betfred USA Sports, a Las Vegas-based bookmaker.

One day after announcing a sports betting and daily fantasy partner deal with FanDuel, the Denver Broncos announced a deal with Betfred USA Sports on Tuesday. Betfred USA Sports is the U.S. subsidiary of the Manchester, U.K.-based Betfred Group.

Betfred is opening a sportsbook at the Saratoga Casino in Black Hawk this week and will put up a sports betting lounge outside of Empower Field at Mile High this season (COVID-19 permitting). As part of their deal with the Broncos, Betfred will also have advertisements at the team’s stadium.

“We’re extremely proud of our partnership with Saratoga and are excited to be part of the rich gaming community in Black Hawk,” Betfred USA Sports chief operating officer Bryan Bennett said in a press release.

“We knew we needed to be aggressive upon entering the Colorado market with a Vegas-quality sportsbook and a sponsorship agreement with the Denver Broncos, one of the premier franchises in U.S. sports. We look forward to launching our online platform right before football season.”

Betfred Group owns and operates over 1,600 betting shops in the United Kingdom. They launched Betfred USA Sports in Las Vegas last year.

Broncos announce FanDuel as an official sports betting partner

The Broncos have reached a multi-year agreement with FanDuel.

The Denver Broncos announced a multi-year deal with FanDuel as a sports betting partner and daily fantasy partner on Monday. The Broncos are the first team to reach a deal since the NFL allowed such partnerships in May.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. FanDuel will be allowed to use the Broncos’ marks and logos in marketing as part of the agreement.

“FanDuel has built a strong reputation as a premier gaming destination for sports fans,” Broncos chief commercial officer Mac Freeman said in a press release. “The ways they smartly reach people through engaging and entertaining content is in line with the Broncos’ innovative thinking when connecting with our fans.

“With FanDuel’s successful launch into Colorado earlier in May, we believe Broncos fans will enjoy FanDuel’s trusted mobile sports betting and daily fantasy platforms.”

FanDuel recently launched online and mobile sportsbooks in Colorado in partnership with Twin River Worldwide Holdings, Inc. and Golden Gates Casino Black Hawk.
