The Ohio State Buckeyes led by star forward E.J. Liddell will be a difficult matchup for Wisconsin. The Badgers will need to lean on the physicality of center Chris Vogt, who was effective in shutting down Indiana F Trayce Jackson-Davis in Wisconsin’s comeback win earlier this week.

This should be another thrilling matchup to watch between the Buckeyes and Badgers, as they work their way into the Big Ten schedule.

After beating the Army Black Knights at Camp Randall Stadium, the Wisconsin Badgers are traveling on the road to face off against the Purdue Boilermakers on Saturday afternoon.

Despite a strong first half against Army, Wisconsin struggled in the second half to put the game out of reach. The Badgers were able to come out with a victory this time, but this trend should be something to watch as they go into the Big Ten stretch of the season.

The Badgers’ second-half struggles have been a weak point all season for this team, and they will need to get these issues resolved before playing a Purdue team that is fresh off an upset victory against the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Wisconsin will need starting quarterback Graham Mertz back healthy following his chest injury against the Wolverines that ended his promising performance early in the third quarter. The Badgers’ offense stumbled under backup QB Chase Wolf, who threw an interception and lost a fumble in his second-half performance off the bench.

In a tweet released on Monday morning by Big Ten Network, BTN analyst Andy Katz ranked his top 5 most scenic campuses in the Big Ten.

The UW-Madison alum admitted some bias in choosing Wisconsin as his most scenic campus in the Big Ten but made sure to stand with the decision. Following Wisconsin in his ranking were Northwestern, Michigan, Penn State and Minnesota.

Wisconsin has a beautiful and historic campus that features two unions, a terrace on Lake Mendota and an outstanding gameday atmosphere at both the Kohl Center and Camp Randall. It is no surprise to see Katz stick with Wisconsin as the most scenic campus in the Big Ten.

The Badgers were finally able to get it going from the 3-point line against the Nittany Lions converting over 52% of their shots from deep. Forward Aleem Ford led this outstanding shooting performance with 17 points, with 15 of them coming from the 3-point line. Ford finished the night shooting 5-6 from deep and 6-7 overall.

Despite the phenomenal play of Wisconsin throughout most of the game that allowed them to build an 18-point lead in the second half, the Badgers nearly blew yet another lead late in the game by letting Penn State close within one. Wisconsin will need to be better defensively against the talented offense of Iowa on Friday night.

The Badgers will be playing the Hawkeyes for not only a chance of redemption after their heartbreaking loss on Sunday but for a spot in the Big Ten Tournament Semi-Final against the winner of the Rutgers and Illinois matchup.
