Avonte Maddox is one of the top slot cornerbacks in the NFL when healthy, and the sixth-year veteran could miss a significant amount of time with another injury.

John Clark of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports that Eagles brass fears Maddox may have suffered a torn pectoral muscle in the win.

Maddox had two tackles in the win over Minnesota, and Mario Goodrich or James Bradberry could slide inside for Sean Desai’s unit.

Maddox exits with three tackles on the night, and he’ll be replaced in the slot by Mario Goodrich, with James Bradberry unable to slide down due to a concussion.
