MSU has sent an offer to a Tennessee baseball commit, who also is a 4-star wide receiver prospect:

Michigan State sent an interesting offer out on Saturday, offering a scholarship to Amari Jefferson.

Jefferson is currently a commit to the University of Tennessee, but not for football. Jefferson is currently a baseball commit to Tennessee.

Jefferson attends the Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Rivals ranks the wide receiver as a 4-star prospect.

2024 prospect Amari Jefferson announces his first-12 teams.

2024 prospect Amari Jefferson announced 12 teams for his football recruitment Thursday.

The 6-foot-1, 190-pound wide receiver is from Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The Vols offered Jefferson on July 27, 2022.

Chattanooga, Colorado, Florida State, Georgia, Kentucky, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Tulane, Vanderbilt, Virginia Tech and Wisconsin are Jefferson’s first-12 schools.

Jefferson is a two-sport athlete at Baylor, playing baseball and football.

He committed to Tennessee baseball on June 21, 2021.

“I’m excited to announce my commitment to further my academic and baseball career at the University of Tennessee,” Jefferson announced in June 2021.

Jefferson has played in the outfield, infield and as a pitcher at Baylor.

Two-sport 2024 prospect Amari Jefferson scored on a 60-yard touchdown run Friday for Bayor School (Chattanooga, Tennessee).

Jefferson also scored on a 31-yard reception in the contest.

Baylor defeated Catholic High School (Knoxville, Tennessee), 48-9.

Jefferson committed to Tennessee and head coach Tony Vitello in June 2021.

“I’m excited to announce my commitment to further my academic and baseball career at the University of Tennessee,” Jefferson announced in 2021.

Tennessee and Josh Heupel offered Jefferson a football scholarship July 27.

“After a great conversation with Willie Martinez, I’m blessed to receive an offer from the University of Tennessee,” Jefferson announced in July.

Jefferson has football scholarship offers from the Vols, Chattanooga, Georgia, Kentucky and Virginia Tech.

The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to class of 2024 recruit Amari Jefferson. Georgia football is dipping into Tennessee to recruit Jefferson, who plays high school football for Baylor School in Chattanooga.

Jefferson has already committed to playing baseball for the Tennessee Volunteers. Could the multi-sport star play both football and baseball for Tennessee? The 6-foot-1, 190-pound athlete has football scholarship offers from Kentucky, Chattanooga, Virginia Tech, and more.

Jefferson has good speed and excellent hand-eye coordination.

Amari Jefferson commits to Tennessee

2024 prospect Amari Jefferson announced his commitment to the Vols.

Tennessee received a baseball commitment on Monday.

2024 outfielder and infielder prospect Amari Jefferson announced his commitment to the Vols on Twitter.

“I’m excited to announce my commitment to further my academic and baseball career at the University of Tennessee,” Jefferson said.

The 6-foot-1, 180-pound 2024 prospect is from Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

During the 2021 season, Tennessee’s baseball program made its first appearance in the College World Series since 2005 under fourth-year head coach Tony Vitello.

The Vols won the 2021 Southeastern Conference eastern division championship.

Tennessee will play Texas on Tuesday in an elimination game in the College World Series.

First pitch is slated for 2 p.m. EDT. ESPNU will televise the matchup.
