Rickea Jackson commits to Tennessee

Rickea Jackson commits to the Lady Vols.

Rickea Jackson announced her commitment to Tennessee on Thursday.

“I’m here,” Jackson said on Twitter.

The 6-foot-2 forward played at Mississippi State from 2019-21.

Jackson appeared in 67 games for the Bulldogs, averaging 16.2 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game. She totaled 50 blocks and 52 steals.

Jackson came to Mississippi State from Detroit Edison Public School Academy in Detroit, Michigan.

She entered the NCAA transfer portal on Jan. 24.

“I have decided to enter my name into the transfer portal and find a new place to call home,” Jackson announced in January.
