With increasing uncertainty surrounding the upcoming college football season due to COVID-19, why not relive some of the best moments from 2019?
There were numerous highlights last season that included impressive touchdown receptions, perfectly placed passes, forced fumbles, big-time sacks and interceptions. However, there’s one particular play that stands out from the rest.
In fact, it was the No. 1 highlight on the SportsCenter Top 10 at the time. Texas defensive back D’Shawn Jamison showcased his unique athleticism when he intercepted West Virginia quarterback Austin Kendall on Oct. 5, 2019.
The win and the number one play.

Jamison is certainly a player to watch this upcoming season as he’s been named a first-team All-Big 12 Preseason selection by Phil Steele and was also selected as a second-team punt returner and third-team kick returner.
ESPN recently named the most exciting player to watch for each Top 25 team, Jamison was surprisingly picked over quarterback Sam Ehlinger. He’s classified as a true versatile playmaker who will be one of the most experienced leaders on defense under new coordinator Chris Ash.
