1. Shaquil Barrett, LB
Barrett led the NFL in sacks this year with 19.5, and broke the Bucs’ single-season franchise record. Not only did Barrett outperform his one-year deal, but he’s shown that he can be a cornerstone of this young defense for years to come. Barrett and the Bucs are a match made in heaven, and Bruce Arians himself recently said that Barrett “ain’t going nowhere.” Getting Barrett signed to a long-term deal should be priority one for the Bucs this offseason.
