[autotag]Jay Johnson[/autotag] has made another splash in the transfer portal. This time, he landed another player that he is very familiar with.

[autotag]Mac Bingham[/autotag] was part of Johnson’s 2019 recruiting class when he was at Arizona. Bingham has started the past four years for the Wildcats and had his best seasons last year as he had a .360 batting average with 20 doubles, two triples, 10 homers and 51 RBI.

He was a run-scoring machine, and he had a 98% fielding percentage in the outfield.

With the loss of [autotag]Dylan Crews[/autotag] and [autotag]Brayden Jobert[/autotag] to the MLB draft, there are a couple of open spots in the LSU outfield.

[autotag]Josh Pearson[/autotag] seems to be a lock for one of the outfield spots. I think Bingham is a shoo-in for one of the other spots.

If he can get close to the production he had last season at Arizona or his production as a freshman for Johnson, the Tigers will be in a great spot.
