Kadyn Proctor is ranked as the country’s No. 5 recruit in the class of 2023. He has released his top 12 schools including the Georgia Bulldogs.
Iowa, Ohio State, LSU, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Georgia, Iowa State, Clemson, Alabama, Texas, Florida and Texas A&M are among Proctor’s top schools. That’s a lot of elite college football programs battling to secure a commitment from the 6-foot-7 offensive tackle.
Proctor is the No. 1 offensive tackle prospect in the junior class according to the 247Sports composite rankings. He is additionally ranked as the top recruit in Iowa.
Proctor dominates at the high school level for Southeast Polk in Des Moines, Iowa. It is still early in Proctor’s recruitment, but don’t count out Georgia offensive line coach Matt Luke.
Matt Luke has groomed and recruited some of the best offensive offensive linemen in recent memory including: Amarius Mims and Broderick Jones.

Check out Proctor’s highlights from last season. In high school, Proctor decimates opponents at the point of attack in the running game, and he has the mobility to block effectively in the open field. Proctor is solid in pass protection and lines up primarily at left tackle.
