Many analysts have dropped Fields down to the third or fourth quarterback available in the draft, but not Brooks. He clearly believes that the former Heisman finalist has put together a body of work that speaks for itself. Add that to the fantastic performances against top-end talented teams like Clemson, and the upside is huge.
