ESPN FPI predicts Ohio State football’s remaining win probability for remaining schedule

The ESPN FPI has revised its game-by-game predictions for the remainder of the Ohio State football season. See how things have changed.

OK, we’ve made it through three weeks now of Big Ten and Ohio State football. Yes. Believe it.

It sure didn’t look like we’d even get this far just a couple of months ago when the Big Ten decided to postpone the season due to coronavirus concerns. But, here we are.

We’re approaching the middle of the schedule after three games, and we’ve now had a decent look at the product on the field. So too, has the ESPN Football Percentage Index. Based on the play on the field, the worldwide leader has further updated the FPI predictions for the remainder of OSU’s schedule with five weeks to go in the regular-season schedule.

You’ll see that the FPI favors Ohio State heavily in its remaining games, but the win probability is changing in some surprising ways with future opponents.
