The Kansas City Chiefs wasted no time getting things going against the New Orleans Saints on “Monday Night Football.”
After an interception by safety Bryan Cook on the Saints’ first possession, quarterback Patrick Mahomes marched Kansas City’s offense down the field with ease.
Tight end Travis Kelce, who has struggled to begin the year, routinely found holes in New Orleans’ coverage and tallied 31 yards on the Chiefs’ first drive.
However, it was veteran running back Kareem Hunt who scored the game’s first points on a carry near the goal line in his return to Arrowhead Stadium.
Take a look at this video of Hunt’s touchdown against the Saints, which was posted to Twitter by the Chiefs’ official account:

If Mahomes and Hunt can continue to dissect New Orleans’ defense as they did on Kansas City’s first drive, the Chiefs may be able to continue their undefeated streak heading into their bye week.
