WATCH: Bucs’ top 10 plays of 2022 at the midseason mark

Check out the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ best plays from the first half of the 2022 NFL season

The first half of the 2022 NFL season hasn’t exactly gone as well as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers would have hoped, but that doesn’t mean they haven’t had their moments.

The Bucs started off 2-0 with back-to-back road wins, but have gone 2-5 since, breaking a three-game losing streak last week with a dramatic win over the Los Angeles Rams in the final seconds.

Before they head into their Week 10 bye, the Bucs are in Munich this week for the NFL’s first-ever regular season game in Germany, where they’ll face the Seattle Seahawks.

As they Bucs prepare for the second half of the 2022 season, let’s take a look back at their best plays so far this year:

WATCH: Panthers WR Laviska Shenault Jr. rips off 41-yard TD run vs. Falcons

Panthers WR Laviska Shenault Jr. flew by the Falcons for a 41-yard run to the end zone.

Following an embarrassing outing in Cincinnati, the Carolina Panthers needed a boost to start their primetime showing in Week 10. And they got one from wide receiver Laviska Shenault Jr.

During the second quarter of Thursday night’s matchup with the Atlanta Falcons, the former second-round pick did what he does best—cause havoc with the ball in his hands. In what registered as a rushing attempt, Shenault Jr. ripped off a 41-yard dash to the end zone to help give the Panthers a 10-0 lead.

The score was Shenault Jr.’s second of the campaign, with his first coming back in his team debut in Week 4. That too, with another NFC South foe in the New Orleans Saints falling victim to his burners, went for a big gain.

Oh—and after showing off his football moves, he put his dance moves on display . . .

The Panthers eventually took a 13-3 lead into the half—which is more than they could say this past Sunday.

Watch the wild ending to Sunday’s Bucs-Rams game

Check out Sunday’s incredible finish as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers stole the win from the Los Angeles Rams in the final moments

It wasn’t pretty, but the Tampa Bay Buccaneers finally got a little bit of revenge on the Los Angeles Rams in Week 9, thanks to a vintage game-winning drive from Tom Brady in the final moments.

After getting stopped on 4th-and-goal, the Tampa Bay offense needed another big stop from the defense to get the ball back with a chance to win the game.

That’s just what they got, as Brady and company took over on their own 40-yard line with 44 seconds left, and no timeouts.

That wasn’t a problem for the GOAT, who marched the offense down the field and found rookie tight end Cade Otton for the game-winning touchdown with just nine seconds remaining.

Check out the entire wild finish here:

Watch every play from Tom Brady’s game-winning touchdown drive to beat the Rams in the final seconds Sunday

After managing just three field goals amid continued struggles that have plagued them all season long, Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offense needed to go 60 yards in 44 seconds with no timeouts to beat the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.

And they did.

It was the Scotty Miller and Cade Otton show as Brady engineered another iconic game-winning drive, just as he’s done so many times throughout his legendary 23-year career.

Brady capped it off with a one-yard touchdown pass to Otton with just nine seconds remaining, breaking a three-game losing streak, and beating the Rams for the first time since the GOAT signed in Tampa Bay back in 2020.

WATCH: Panthers WR Terrace Marshall Jr. ‘Mosses’ defender for 1st NFL TD

Panthers WR Terrace Marshall Jr.’s first NFL touchdown was a big boy score.

Well, at least the afternoon wasn’t a completely lost one for the Carolina Panthers.

With just under eight minutes remaining in Sunday’s shellacking at the hands of the Cincinnati Bengals, second-year receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. scored the first touchdown of his NFL career. The 6-foot-2, 200-pounder was able to use his heralded 50-50 ball skills, boxing out the 5-foot-11 cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt for the score.

It was a 21-yard touchdown reception for Marshall Jr.—who was up to a pair of grabs for 37 yards on Sunday. The pass came from Baker Mayfield, who subbed in for a struggling PJ Walker coming out of the break.

As for Mayfield, the former No. 1 overall pick looked solid in his return to the field. At the point of that connection with Marshall Jr., he completed 11 of his 15 passing attempts for 111 yards and two touchdowns.

Marshall Jr., who is seeing the most action of his pro career at the moment, has now accumulated 155 receiving yards on eight catches over the last three games.

WATCH: Aidan Hutchinson makes leaping INT off Aaron Rodgers

Watch Detroit Lions rookie Aidan Hutchinson make a ridiculous interception off Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers

When the Detroit Lions spent the No. 2 overall pick in the 2022 NFL draft on Michigan pass rusher Aidan Hutchinson, they were hoping to get a dynamic defender who could get after opposing quarterbacks in the pocket.

They probably didn’t expect him to make leaping interceptions in the end zone off Aaron Rodgers, though.

That’s exactly what he did Sunday, though, snagging a Rodgers pass on 4th-and-goal, showing off the rare instincts and athleticism that made him a dominant force for the Wolverines last season.

That’s twice now that Rodgers has been intercepted in the end zone Sunday, thwarting a pair of scoring opportunities for the Green Bay Packers.

WATCH: Panthers WR DJ Moore makes miraculous game-tying TD catch

DJ Moore just made the catch of his career. What ensued, however, pushed the Panthers and Falcons into overtime.

Um, what just happened?

Despite a valiant effort through 59 minutes and 32 seconds of their Week 8 matchup with the Atlanta Falcons, the Carolina Panthers were seemingly going to fall short. But there was still 28 seconds left.

And right at that 28-second mark, with the Panthers down six, quarterback PJ Walker took a shotgun snap all the way back at his own 38-yard line. He’d then buy time, scramble out left and unload this . . .

The throw miraculously found the hands of wide receiver DJ Moore in the end zone for a game-tying 62-yard touchdown. In addition to knotting this NFC South battle up at 34 apiece, the score moved Moore up to 152 receiving yards and Walker to a career-high 317 passing yards.

Unfortunately for the Panthers, Moore would go, well, nuts in the celebration following the catch. His helmet removal and subsequent toss ended up costing Carolina 15 yards on an unsportsmanlike penalty—pushing Eddy Piñeiro back for a longer (and failed) game-winning extra point try.

WATCH: Panthers RB D’Onta Foreman scores 3 TDs in Week 8

Panthers RB D’Onta Foreman has feasted on the Falcons in Week 8.

The Carolina Panthers have a new lead dog in their backfield. And if you didn’t know before Sunday afternoon, D’Onta Foreman just made sure that you do now.

Foreman, in his first start this season, was the offense for Carolina in Week 8 against the Atlanta Falcons. In addition to rushing for a game-high 112 yards, his second consecutive 100-yard performance, he scored the first touchdown for the Panthers . . .

. . . the second touchdown for the Panthers . . .

. . . and the third touchdown for the Panthers . . .

Sunday marked the first career three-score game for the fifth-year back. His previous high was two, which came in his rookie campaign of the 2017 season for the Houston Texans.
