In March, four-star 2021 wide receiver Deion Colzie decommitted from Notre Dame and reopened his recruitment. Colzie plays for Athens Academy in Athens, Georgia and is the best hometown recruit for the Georgia Bulldogs in sometime.
Per 247Sports, Georgia has become the crystal ball favorite to land Colzie. Five out of the six favor of the Bulldogs on Colzie’s 247Sports profile page. Notre Dame has the other prediction, but that prediction was back in September.
Colzie ranks as the nation’s No. 45 overall prospect and as the No. 5 wide receiver in the 2021 class. The Athens recruit released his top ten schools via Twitter:

Colzie puts Georgia, Auburn, Tennessee, Notre Dame, Oregon, Ole Miss, Penn State, Virginia, Florida, and Alabama in his top ten. Where will Colzie end up? Notre Dame has a chance at him, but at the moment it seems more likely that he’ll stay at home in Athens.
Kirby Smart and Georgia football currently have nine commitments in the class of 2021. The Dawgs are still looking for their first commitment from a receiver in the class.
