Who wins Week 6 contest between Bears and Packers?

The Bears and Packers will square off at Soldier Field, where Chicago will be looking for their first win against Green Bay since 2018.

The Chicago Bears (3-2) are gearing up for a divisional showdown against the Green Bay Packers (4-1), where first place in the NFC North is up for grabs.

Unfortunately for the Bears, they’ve gone 3-19 against the Packers since 2011 and haven’t won since 2018. But this game could be coming at the best time for Chicago.

The Bears are coming off a 20-9 upset win over the Las Vegas Raiders (3-2), where Chicago got contributions from all three phases in the win. The defense continues to thrive under new defensive coordinator Sean Desai, along with the NFL’s best pass rush. The offense leaned on a strong run game — even without David Montgomery — and rookie Justin Fields made plays when he needed to. Cairo Santos continues to be clutch with two fourth-quarter field goals.

Meanwhile, the Packers are coming off a 25-22 overtime win against the Cincinnati Bengals (3-2), which could’ve just as easily been a loss. There were a combined five missed field goals between Green Bay and Cincinnati before Mason Crosby drilled his second attempt in overtime to secure the win.

While Aaron Rodgers continues to thrive, Chicago might be catching this Packers defense at the right time as they’re without some top players, including cornerback Jaire Alexander and edge rusher Za’Darius Smith among others. But, as always, it comes down to gameplan and execution for Chicago, who struggled mightily against Green Bay last season.

Can the Bears pull off the upset against the Packers? Or will Green Bay continue its dominance over Chicago?
