This makes the playoff picture a bit murky for the Browns as they look to get back into the postseason for the first time since 2020. According to FTN’s DVOA (formerly Football Outsiders), the Browns are projected to now have a 62 percent chance of making the playoffs as they currently sit two games above .500. ESPN’s Football Power Index is a bit less bullish on the Browns, as they project Cleveland to have a 54 percent chance to find their way into the postseason at this point in the 2023 season.
