For the second consecutive week, Texas is unranked in the Amway Coaches Poll powered by USA TODAY Sports. The Longhorns are coming off a bye week before hosting Baylor on Oct. 24.
Overall for the Big 12, it was a quiet week with only having one game played. Six teams were on their bye while Baylor-Oklahoma State was postponed due to COVID-19. However, All 10 teams will be in action next week.
Oklahoma State remains the highest-ranked conference team at No. 6. There is still no sign of Oklahoma in the poll, even after their Red River Shootout win. Although they did receive 59 votes in this weeks poll.
