While the NBA season is on hold, Stephen Curry has been active with his time under quarantine. When the Golden State Warriors’ point guard isn’t busy working towards the fight against COVID-19, Curry has been chiming in on social media.
On Friday, Curry jumped in with his former teammate JaVale McGee on Instagram. During their live video, the Los Angeles Lakers’ center asked Curry about his lethal scoring talent.
JM: What team or player on that team that you know is guarding you, do you look at and be like — ‘oh yeah, I’m getting 60 tonight.’
SC: Oh … Everybody.
JM: What is going on? Steph Curry just took shots at every player.
SC: Quarantine done changed me. What’s next?
JM: I’m not going to lie — I was not expecting that answer.
SC: I gave it just for you. That was just for you.

“Everybody.” – Steph says he can drop 60 on everyone in the National Basketball Association.

After winning back-to-back Most Valuable Player awards and a scoring title, it’s not a surprise Curry is confident in his ability to fill it up. However, during his 10 seasons in the NBA, Curry has yet to drop 60 points on anyone in his career.
The Davidson product has recorded 50 or more points on six different occasions during his time in the association, with his high of 54 coming against the New York Knicks in 2013.
Only four players have registered 60 points as members of the Golden State Warriors, with one being Curry’s fellow Splash Brother Klay Thompson.
Once the NBA returns to game action, Curry will have 17 games left on the 2019-20 calendar to back up his 60 point claim.
