Harris escaped numerous tackles to get near the endzone and jumped over a defender at the one-yard line to reach the endzone.
The 26-yard score puts the Crimson Tide up by seven over the Ohio State Buckeyes.
This drive followed a scoring possession by Ohio State that started deep inside Alabama territory due to a fumble by Mac Jones.
Harris has 77 yards and two touchdowns, one receiving and one rushing.
Both teams have traded strong offensive punches which is making for an interesting game as the contest nears the half.
