Penn State came out of the tunnel roaring in the second half, going straight down the field to cut Ohio State’s halftime lead to 21-13, but it didn’t last long.
The Buckeyes took over on the ensuing possession and converted a couple of third downs before the Justin Fields to Chris Olave connection struck again. This time, Ryan day dialed up a play to pick on a DB that had just come into the game as Olave got behind the defense and Fields put the ball right where it needed to be. The OSU receiver then stretched himself out and tumbled into the end zone for a 49-yard touchdown.
Watch the magic being made below that put Ohio State up 28-13 early in the second half.
