WATCH: J.K. Dobbins makes ridiculous contested catch in corner of end zone

Former Ohio State RB J.K. Dobbins showed off his pass-catching skill, going up in traffic to pull in a TD pass during Ravens’ camp.

While colleges, universities, and high schools are trying to figure out how and when to safely play a college football season amid the coronavirus pandemic, the NFL is full speed ahead it appears.

All NFL teams have begun preseason minicamp with pads and all, and we’re starting to see some video emerge from those that cover them. We’ve already reported that former Ohio State running back J.K. Dobbins is turning heads at the Baltimore Ravens’ training camp, and we’ve now got some video to prove it.

Watch the below from Jonas Schaffer of the Baltimore Sun as Dobbins runs a route to the corner of the end zone, goes up in traffic, and pulls in a ridiculous catch, all while keeping his feet in bounds.

I seem to remember one of the knocks on Dobbins when he was being scrutinized 1,000 different ways to Sunday was that he didn’t show he could catch the ball out of the backfield.

Well, on second thought … all those that passed on Dobbins (four backs taken prior to him) look like they may be kicking themselves in the near future.
