Over the next several months the teams in the SEC and around the country will be cranking up their recruiting efforts.
Last year the SEC saw the Texas A&M Aggies, Alabama Crimson Tide, and Georgia Bulldogs all jockeying for position at the top. Ultimately it was the Aggies that won out with the best recruiting class of all time. Can they repeat their efforts in 2022?
The prized recruit this year is Isidore Newman’s Arch Manning with Alabama, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Ole Miss, and the Texas Longhorns all firmly in the mix for the five-star passer. It feels as though the Manning family scion will be in the SEC one way or another. Whether that is in 2023 or as late as 2025 with Texas joining the fray.
