Although spring football is coming to a close over the next two weeks, there are hundreds of players still looking for a new home via the transfer portal.
There’s also a likely chance more talented players will choose to enter the transfer portal once spring football concludes. Over the last few days, several highly rated players such as Agiye Hall (Alabama), Tyus Fields (Tennessee), and Clay Webb (Georgia) have entered their name in the portal.
Although the names above have not been added to 247Sports’ rankings of the top players in the transfer portal yet, they’re expected to be placed within the top 10 highest rated players available in the near future.
Longhorns Wire took a look at the top transfers that are still weighing their options. One of Texas’ primary transfer targets, defensive end Ochaun Mathis, is widely regarded as the best pass rusher available and will not announce his decision until later this month.
