Tre Jones, who was a Top 15 recruit coming out of high school, put up much better numbers as a sophomore than he did as a freshman. Jones averaged 16.1 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.3 3-pointers and 1.7 steals per game. He also added 6.3 assists per game, including 1.9 assists in a transition offense. According to Synergy, that ranked in the Top 10 among all Division I players this season.
