The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a football scholarship to speed merchant Zion Ragins. Ragins plays wide receiver and is a member of the class of 2024. In addition to football, the 5-foot-11 prospect also runs track.
Ragins put together some impressive times in the hundred meters event. He’s run the event with times in the 11.1 second range, which means he’s exceptionally fast for someone his age.
Ragins is only a freshman in high school. That hasn’t prevented him from making a spectacular play at the varsity level against elite competition in Grayson High School.

Zion Ragins plays high school football for Jones County, which is fittingly named the Greyhounds. Ragins has got some Greyhound speed himself.
Jones County High School is located in Gray, Georgia. The program announced Ragins’ offer from UGA via their Twitter account.
