The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a football scholarship to Jalon Walker. Walker is a four-star outside linebacker recruit, who plays football for Salisbury High School. Salisbury is just outside of Charlotte, North Carolina.
Walker is currently a junior in high school. He’s got over a year to decide where he wants to play college football, but he plans to release a list of his top schools soon (Aug. 28).
Kirby Smart and Georgia are looking more and more like the top destination for linebackers in college football. The University of Georgia is loaded at the linebacker position headed into the 2020 season.
Fortunately for Walker, many of Georgia’s present day starters will be in the NFL when he signs with a college football program. We’ll update you throughout his recruitment.
Walker has already received scholarship offers from LSU, Tennessee, Oregon, Clemson, Texas, and more. The attention of these major programs further justifies Walker’s four-star rating.
