Two Ohio State football players named Associated Press First-Team All-Americans

Two Ohio State football players were named Associated Press First-Team All-Americans on Monday. Find out which two made the cut in 2020.

The Ohio State football team is preparing to face Clemson in the Sugar Bowl as one of the semifinal matchups of the College Football Playoff, but there are some other individual awards starting to trickle in first. It’s a team game, but getting recognition for what you mean to your squad is never a bad thing, especially in Columbus where it helps with recruiting and prestige.

And on that note, it may have been a shortened season, but two Ohio State players had their dreams realized Monday when they were named to the Associated Press All-American team. Both Buckeyes were recognized as First-Teamers according to the release, and both guys are probably a couple that you would have singled out heading into the season.

So what two received the honor? We’re glad you asked.
