Two notable Ravens players missed practice for the first time during 2022 training camp

The Baltimore Ravens are looking to bounce back after a disappointing end to their 2021 season. The team finished with an 8-9 record after enduring a six-game losing streak to end the year, largely in part due to injuries.

Baltimore has experimented with many different things to try to reduce the number of injuries they have in 2022, including moving training camp practices from the morning to the afternoon. However, they have still seen some players pick up both minor and major ailments, and on Tuesday two new faces missed practice for the first time in wide receiver James Proche II and cornerback Jalyn Armour-Davis.

Amour-Davis was limited in practice on Monday, so the team is likely being cautious with him and making sure something minor doesn’t turn into a more serious issue. It’s possible the same is being done with Proche, and it’s unclear whether either will play in Thursday’s preseason game against the Tennessee Titans.
