CURRENT PROJECTION: 31-45

Kentucky’s Ashton Hagans, who was named Mr. Georgia Basketball in 2018, was a Top-15 recruit coming out of high school. Hagans led all players in assists (7.0 APG) and steals (3.0 SPG) during the adidas Uprising tournament in 2017.

During his freshman year at Kentucky, he won SEC Co-Defensive Player of the Year. His steal total as a freshman (61) ranked third-best among freshmen in program history, trailing just John Wall and Rajon Rondo.

He returned for his sophomore season and improved his scoring and assist numbers. His assist percentage (36.2%) ranked fourth-best among all high-major underclassmen. Meanwhile, his steal percentage (3.5%) ranked No. 12 overall with the same qualifications.

But his field goal percentage dropped season-over-season and just as he was before the year began, he still currently projects as an early or mid-second rounder.
