RB Carlos Hyde
Age: 29
As the saying goes, running backs decline after turning 30 and that’s how old Carlos Hyde will be come September. He’s coming off of a career year though, in which he ran for 1,070 yards and averaged 4.4 yards per carry. Despite that, he might have to settle for a complementary jobs after that big season with the Texans. For what it’s worth, he did have a one-two punch with Duke Johnson last season, too.
With the Bills, Hyde would be a one-two meeting with Devin Singletary, who’s a shifty runner. Hyde’s more of the power type of back, so he could be a quick fill-in for Frank Gore in the Bills’ backfield.
