Yes, Carter-Williams is ranked fourth on this list. He did win Rookie of the Year after all and it isn’t his fault that the franchise was just in the beginning stages of the “process”. Who could forget his ridiculous debut against the defending champion Miami Heat when he had a stat line of 22 points, 12 assists, seven rebounds, and nine assists? He averaged 16.7 points, 6.3 assists, and 6.2 rebounds as a rookie. The seasons after? They just have not gone as well.
