How far can you get from your Miami-based family while still living in the continental United States? I’m not sure, but Eugene (Ore.) has got to be close.

When was the last time a Hawaiian-born player won the Heisman trophy? Marcus Mariota in 2014. Where did he play? Oregon.

Mario Cristobal is set to enter his fourth season as the head coach of the Oregon Ducks. He has improved the Ducks’ record every year since his arrival. Now, he will look to build upon a 12-2 season by finding Justin Herbert’s successor.

The early favorite for the Job is Tyler Shough, Herbert’s back up in 2019, but is set to face competition from three other quarterbacks on the roster.

With no clear quarterback in place, this could be Taulia’s opportunity to come in and fight for the job.

The PAC-12 doesn’t harbor as many lethal defenses as the SEC, but it still offers a premium platform for Taulia to broadcast his talents to the nation.

Not the safest pick for him, but it’s a winning program that has somewhat of a void heading into the 2020 season that he could exploit.
