The weather has impacted Notre Dame baseball’s midweek game vs. Michigan state

The Irish won’t see the diamond on Tuesday

Notre Dame’s baseball team will have to wait until this weekend to stop its current 3-game losing streak as its midweek game against Michigan State has been postponed due to weather.

The rain has been pouring in the Midwest, so this isn’t a surprise as all you needed to do was look outside and know that baseball most likely wouldn’t be able to be played.

The Irish currently sit with a 14-12 record, and 2-10 in ACC play. They will return to the field this weekend as they host Clemson in a conference series. Obviously weather permitting for the series against the Tigers.

The Michigan State game could get played, although at this time it is unknown when the make-up day will be.
