3. Andre Iguodala
Stats in the 2010s: 14.8 ppg 6.1 rpg 5.8 apg 1.7 spg
Iguodala always got a bad rep in Philadelphia but that was mostly due to the Sixers casting him in a role that he could not fulfill. He was not meant to be “the guy” on a team and that’s why he went on to have the success he did with the Golden State Warriors. Nonetheless, he was named an All-Star with the Sixers in 2012. And who could forget him standing on the scorer’s table after his free throw to upset the top-seeded Chicago Bulls in the playoffs?
2. Ben Simmons
Stats in the 2010s: 16.4 ppg 8.5 rpg 7.9 apg 1.6 spg (excluding 2019-20 season)
Sure, Simmons hasn’t been able to develop a consistent jump shot, but there isn’t a lot he can’t do. In two-plus seasons this decade, Simmons has rewritten the franchise record books in terms of triple-doubles. He also won a Rookie of the Year award, was named an All-Star and guided the Sixers to back-to-back 50-win seasons — and to within a game of the Eastern Conference Finals. Sixers fans hope 2020 will bear a championship run.
