No. 1 Tylan Wallace – Oklahoma State
This is a no-brainer. If it weren’t for a knee injury last season, Wallace would have been selected within the first few rounds of the 2020 NFL Draft. As a sophomore in 2018, he compiled 1,491 yards and 12 touchdowns. Not only is Wallace the top returning wide receiver in the Big 12 this season, he has the potential to become one of the top threats in the nation.
