Looming after Wisconsin’s bye week is the biggest matchup of the early Badger season. Wisconsin and Notre Dame square off at Soldier Field in Chicago on September 25 as Jack Coan starts for the Fighting Irish against his former team.
As has been the trend in recent years given the time slot’s strong performance among television ratings, the game of the week in the Big Ten will also be the first game on the docket. Wisconsin and Notre Dame will kick off at 11 AM CT as part of FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff series.
The matchup between the Irish and the Badgers is the only Big Ten battle between two currently ranked teams during the week of September 25:
